An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element that includes an anode part and a cathode part, an exterior body that seals the capacitor element, a first external electrode that is electrically connected to the anode part, and a second external electrode that is electrically connected to the cathode part. At least one of an end face of the anode part or an end face of the cathode part is exposed from the exterior body to be electrically connected to a corresponding one of the first external electrode or the second external electrode. The end face exposed from the exterior body is covered with an electroless Ni plating layer, and the electroless Ni plating layer is covered with an electroless Ag plating layer. The electroless Ag plating layer is covered with the corresponding one of the first external electrode or the second external electrode.

Electrolytic capacitor

An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element, an exterior body, a first external electrode, and a second external electrode. The capacitor element includes an anode body that is electrically connected to the first external electrode and has a porous part on a surface thereof, a dielectric layer that is disposed on a surface of at least a part of the porous part, and a solid electrolyte layer that covers at least a part of the dielectric layer, and is electrically connected to the second external electrode. The exterior body has a first principal surface, a second principal surface intersecting the first principal surface, a third principal surface opposite to the first principal surface, and a fourth principal surface opposite to the second principal surface. The first external electrode and the second external electrode are disposed along the first principal surface of the exterior body to be separated from each other.

An electrolytic capacitor including: an element stack including a plurality of capacitor elements; a package body sealing the element stack; and a first and second external electrode. Each of the capacitor elements includes a first end at which the anode body is exposed, and a second end covered with the cathode section, with at least an end surface of the first end exposed from the package body. The capacitor elements include a first capacitor element in which the first end faces a first surface of the package body, and a second capacitor element in which the first end faces a second surface different from the first surface of the package body. The first and second capacitor elements stacked alternately. The first end of the first capacitor element and the first end of the second capacitor element are electrically connected to the first external electrode and the second external electrode, respectively.

The present invention provides a refrigerator with improved refrigerator box strength and high heat insulating performance, which is configured such that external deformation due to entry of air into a vacuum heat insulating material, the entry of air being caused by aging degradation, is prevented. The present invention includes: a heat-insulated box including an inner casing and an outer casing, in which space between the inner casing and the outer casing is filled with a foamed heat insulating material; and a vacuum heat insulating material disposed in at least a side wall of the heat-insulated box together with the foamed heat insulating material, the vacuum heat insulating material including an outer skin material, the outer skin material including at least a core material and being decompression-sealed. The vacuum heat insulating material includes a gas adsorbent. Since the vacuum heat insulating material including the gas adsorbent is included in the side wall, which tends to be greatly distorted among the heat insulating walls of the refrigerator, the rigidity of the side wall is improved and aging degradation of the vacuum heat insulating material is suppressed. As a result, the rigidity of the heat-insulated box can be maintained for a long term, and external deformation of the outer casing of the body can be prevented.

Refrigerator and vacuum heat insulating material for use in refrigerator

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes: a first capacitor element unit and a second capacitor element unit electrically insulated from each other. The first capacitor element unit includes a first anode portion and a first cathode portion respectively and electrically connected to a first anode bottom exposed portion and a first cathode bottom exposed portion exposed from an outer package. The second capacitor element unit includes a second anode portion and a second cathode portion respectively and electrically connected to a second anode bottom exposed portion and a second cathode bottom exposed portion exposed from the outer package. At the bottom surface of the outer package, the first cathode bottom exposed portion is disposed between the first anode bottom exposed portion and the second cathode bottom exposed portion, and the second cathode bottom exposed portion is disposed between the second anode bottom exposed portion and the first cathode bottom exposed portion.

Solid electrolytic capacitor and mounting assembly

An electrolytic capacitor includes a multilayered-capacitor-elements unit, a pair of positive electrode terminals, a negative electrode terminal, and an outer-package resin. The multilayered-capacitor-elements unit includes multiple capacitor elements of which positive electrodes are oriented oppositely to each other. The positive electrodes are connected to the positive electrode terminals, respectively, and negative electrodes of the capacitor elements are connected to the negative electrode terminal. Each of the positive electrode terminals includes a bottom section and a double-back section on which the positive electrodes of the capacitor element is disposed. The double-back section is formed by doubling over an end section extending toward the negative electrode.

A method of manufacturing a resin molded electronic component using a first mold having a cavity with an open top surface and a second mold combined with the first mold on top includes the following steps: (A) inserting a element of the electronic component and a liquid resin precursor into the cavity of the first mold, the liquid resin precursor having viscosity of 10 Pa&#xb7;s or lower at 40&#xb0; C.; (B) arranging the second mold such that the element and the resin precursor are sandwiched after the step (A); and (C) pressing the element and the resin precursor between the first mold and the second mold, and curing the resin precursor by heat from the second mold after the step (B). A temperature of the second mold is set to be higher than that of the first mold.

Method of manufacturing resin molded electronic component

A solid electrolytic capacitor is formed by stacking flat solid electrolytic capacitor elements. Negative electrode sections of a part of the solid electrolytic capacitor elements and negative electrode sections of the remaining part of the solid electrolytic capacitor elements are led out so as to be faced to each other, and are connected to the first and second negative electrode lead frames which are independent to each other, respectively. Two of negative electrode sections are insulated from each other in the solid electrolytic capacitor.

Chip-type solid electrolytic capacitor and chip-type filter

A surface mount electronic component includes an element, an anode terminal, a cathode terminal, and an outer package body. The element has a configuration including an anode, and a cathode formed on a part of the surface of the anode via a dielectric substance. An anode terminal is electrically connected to the anode, and a cathode terminal is electrically connected to the cathode. The outer package body covers an element laminated body such that a part of the anode terminal and a part of the cathode terminal are exposed. The outer package body is made of a norbornene resin. Thus, an electronic component having high reliability can be achieved.

Surface mount electronic component and method for manufacturing the same

A chip type solid electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element-laminate. In the capacitor element-laminate, a plurality of capacitor elements, each having an anode portion and a cathode portion, are laminated so that the anode portions of the adjacent capacitor elements are disposed in the direction opposite to each other. Anode lead terminals are joined to the bottom faces of the anode portions of the capacitor elements disposed at both ends of the capacitor element-laminate. A cathode lead terminal is joined to the bottom face of the cathode portion of the capacitor element disposed in the center of the capacitor element-laminate. An Electrically insulating exterior resin coats the capacitor element-laminate so as to expose at least a part of the bottom faces of the anode lead terminals and a part of the cathode lead terminal.

Chip type solid electrolytic capacitor

A capacitor inspection device includes a substrate made of an insulating material, a first conductor unit and a second conductor unit arranged on the substrate, a signal input unit and a signal output unit attached to the substrate, a network analyzer and a pressurizing unit. The network analyzer has an input port connected to the signal input unit and an output port connected to the signal output unit. The first and second conductor units make contact with an anode and a cathode of a capacitor, respectively. The pressurizing unit presses the anode of capacitor onto the first conductor unit and the cathode onto the second conductor unit.

Solid electrolytic capacitor inspection device and inspection method

A printed board is mounted with a chip-type solid electrolytic capacitor of a four-terminal structure where a pair of positive electrode terminals are disposed at opposite positions and a pair of negative electrode terminals are disposed at opposite positions on a mounting surface. The printed board has a pair of positive electrode patterns and a pair of negative electrode patterns to which the positive electrode terminals and negative electrode terminals of the chip-type solid electrolytic capacitor are connected, respectively. The printed board further has an inductor section that is insulated from the negative electrode patterns, and electrically connects the positive electrode patterns.

Printed board and filter using the same

A digital signal processor includes a component for processing a digital signal, a power line for supplying a power to the component, and a decoupling capacitor connected between the power line and a ground. The decoupling capacitor has an equivalent series resistance larger than zero and not larger than 25 m&#x3a9; at 100 kHz and an equivalent series inductance larger than zero and not larger than 800 pH at 500 MHz. This digital signal processor does not generate a lot of digital noise, and has a small, thin size.

A solid electrolytic capacitor includes a negative terminal, first to fourth capacitor elements coupled to the negative terminal, first and second positive terminals connected to the first to fourth capacitor elements, and a package resin covering the first to fourth capacitor elements. Each of the first to fourth capacitor elements has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, and each of the first to fourth capacitor elements includes a negative electrode provided at the first end and a positive electrode provided at the second end. The first to fourth capacitor elements are stacked in this order. The positive electrodes of the first and fourth capacitor elements extend in a first direction from the respective negative electrodes of the first and fourth capacitor elements. The positive electrodes of the second and third capacitor elements extend in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, from the respective negative electrodes of the second and third capacitor elements. This solid electrolytic capacitor has a small leakage current.
