To provide a cable connection structure used in a vehicle antenna device, capable of being reduced in size, easy to assemble, and having required tensile strength. The cable connection structure includes a connection terminal, a circuit board, a base plate, a positioning abutting part, and a cable clamp. The connection terminalis attached to a braided wireof a coaxial cable. The circuit boardhas a signal line connection holeand a ground line connection hole. The base platehas a cable insertion hole. The positioning abutting partis used for determining the position of the circuit boardon the base plate. The cable clampgrasps a protective outer coverof the coaxial cable, holds a core wiresuch that the core wireis exposed at a predetermined height position, and holds a connection terminalsuch that the connection terminalis exposed at a predetermined height position.

Cable connection structure used in vehicle antenna device

An antenna device that is built inside a hollow body fixed to a vehicle comprises a composite antenna element that has an antenna length corresponding to a first frequency band and is bent so as to also function as a capacitive antenna corresponding to a second frequency band and to improve an antenna effective capacitance and that is disposed in a substantially planar manner. The composite antenna element is disposed such that a planar direction thereof is inclined toward a vertical-direction side with respect to a metal body of the vehicle, and is offset-disposed to a left or right side in the hollow body with respect to a vehicle traveling direction, and is grounded in a metal portion of the vehicle near a position where the composite antenna element is disposed.

Vehicle-mounted antenna device

Disclosed is a type of antenna for vehicles that is protected by having a cap fitted-onto an antenna cover that covers an antenna element thereof, wherein coming-off of the cap is prevented from happening. The antenna for vehicles, which is comprised by having an antenna rod mounted onto an antenna base, is provided with: a conductive rod element that is formed within the antenna rod, and connected to the antenna base; a joint section that covers at least the side face of the rod element in the axis direction thereof, and that comprises an inner-side cylinder that is formed in the vicinity of an end section at the opposite side of the antenna base and further comprises a joint engaging section, and an outer-side cylinder that is formed at the outer side of the inner-side cylinder; and a rod cap that comprises a cop engaging section for engaging with the joint engaging section.

An on-vehicle rod antenna device comprises an antenna rod, and an antenna base comprising a joint section to which the antenna rod is connected, in which the joint section comprises a tip portion, the tip portion is covered with the antenna rod in a state of connecting the antenna rod, and a substantially hemisphere recess or salient engaging with an inner circumferential surface of the antenna rod is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the tip portion.

On-vehicle rod antenna device

A motor driven antenna apparatus for use in automobiles according to the present invention, includes a telescopic antenna mounted on the automobiles, a drive control mechanism for extending and retracting the telescopic antenna by a motor driven motor, a case for holding the drive control mechanism, a through-hole formed in a side wall of the case to make an inside and an outside of the case communicate with each other, and a duct having a first opening portion at one end and a second opening portion at other end, and attached to the case such that the first opening portion is connected to the through-hole outside the case and the second opening portion is formed outward below the through-hole. A foreign object blocking member is provided below the second opening portion and opposed to the second opening portion with a predetermined distance therebetween.
