Provided is a gas barrier laminate being capable of hermetic sealing by heat sealing, and having a paper substrate and a vapor-deposited layer, in which the paper substrate has a basis weight of 30 to 100 g/m, the water vapor transmission rate is 3 g/m/d or less at 40° C. and 90% RH, the water vapor transmission rate obtained by folding the gas barrier laminate with the paper substrate placed on the outer side, rolling a roller having a weight of 2 kg thereon one time, opening a fold, and making measurement, is 4 g/m/d or less at 40° C. and 90% RH, and the water vapor transmission rate obtained by folding the gas barrier laminate with the paper substrate placed on the inner side, rolling a roller having a weight of 2 kg thereon one time, opening a fold, and making measurement, is 4 g/m/d or less at 40° C. and 90% RH.

A gas barrier film according to the present invention includes: a resin film substrate; a first layer made of an aqueous coating agent (C) that contains a water soluble polymer (A) and an inorganic layered mineral (B); and a second layer made of a coating agent (D) that contains titanium oxide, the first layer and the second layer being disposed in this order on at least one surface of the resin film substrate.

Aqueous coating agent and gas barrier film

A gas barrier film includes a base film including a plastic material, and one or more gas barrier layers formed on the base film. The gas barrier layer includes an inorganic layered mineral and a resin component interposed between layers of the inorganic layered mineral. The gas barrier film shows an X-ray diffraction spectrum having a first peak top and a second peak top when measured at 25&#xb0; C. and 65% RH using CuK&#x3b1; rays, the first peak top is derived from a first interlayer distance between adjacent layers of the inorganic layered mineral, the second peak top is derived from a second interlayer distance which is greater than the first interlayer distance by interposition of the resin component between layers of the inorganic layered mineral, and the second peak top is present at a position lower than a position of the first peak top in a 2&#x3b8; axis.

An aqueous coating composition includes an aqueous polyurethane resin including a polyurethane resin having an acid group and a polyamine compound, a water-soluble polymer, and an inorganic layered mineral. The aqueous polyurethane resin is included at a solid content of 50-80 mass %, the water-soluble polymer is included at a solid content of 5-20 mass %, and the inorganic layered mineral is included at a solid content of 10-30 mass %, relative to a total solid content of the aqueous coating composition. The aqueous coating composition has a total solid concentration of not less than 5 mass % and a viscosity of not larger than 50 mPa-second at 23&#xb0; C.

The present invention provides a pattern formation substrate provided with a transparent substrate, a partition pattern formed on the transparent substrate in an approximately orthogonal grid shape, and a coloring pattern of plural colors, provided in an opening partitioned off with the partition pattern. The coloring pattern is formed in an approximately stripe shape in each of the colors, the partition pattern is composed of an X-direction partition pattern provided in an approximately orthogonal direction to a longitudinal direction of the stripe of the coloring pattern and a Y-direction partition pattern provided in an approximately parallel direction to the longitudinal direction of the stripe of the coloring pattern, and an average film thickness of the X-direction partition pattern is smaller than that of the Y-direction partition pattern.
