Provided is a transfer printing substrate and a method for producing the same, in order to improve yield of picking up of the micro-components and further improve quality of image display. The transfer printing substrate includes a carrying substrate, a plurality of supporting structures, and a plurality of micro-components corresponding to the plurality of support structures in one-to-one correspondence, wherein each of the plurality of supporting structures includes a fixing part and a suspended supporting part, wherein an end of the fixing part is fixed on the carrying substrate, an end of the suspended supporting part is connected to the fixing part, the other end of the suspended supporting part supports a corresponding one of the plurality of micro-components, and a first moving space is provided between the suspended supporting part and the carrying substrate. The transfer printing substrate is used for transferring the micro-components.

The present disclosure provides an organic electroluminescent display panel including a plurality of pixel cells arranged into a matrix on a base substrate. Each pixel cell includes at least two subpixels arranged next to each other along a first direction. Each subpixel includes a light transmission region, an opaque emission region, and an emission region arranged along a second direction with the opaque emission region being disposed between the light transmission region and the emission region. The second direction and the first direction are perpendicular to each other. For the at least two subpixels in each pixel cell, the opaque emission regions are arranged in one straight line along the first direction, the light transmission regions are arranged in two straight lines along the first direction, and the emission regions are also arranged in the two straight lines along the first direction in which the light transmission regions are arranged.

The etch stopper layer of the second thin film transistor is different from an etch stopper layer of the first thin film transistor, and a threshold voltage of the second thin film transistor is higher than a threshold voltage of the first thin film transistor. By using the disclosed thin film transistors to form the gate driving circuit, the second thin film transistor with a high threshold voltage can be used as the driving signal outputting transistor. The abnormal multi-pulse of the gate driving circuit and the display panel caused by the low threshold voltage of the second thin film transistors may be therefore avoided.

By covering the first display substrate with the flexible thin film, the second circuit on the flexible thin film could be bent, so that the border of the display screen could be narrowed without being limited by the requisite size of the peripheral circuit, thus narrowing the border of the display screen and improving the ration in area of the display screen to thereby accommodate the consumer demand for a wider liquid crystal display screen.

Since at least a part of the transparent areas includes the transparent auxiliary electrode electrically connected with the cathode in the adjacent pixel display area and extends to a top of the cathode auxiliary wire to be electrically connected with the cathode auxiliary wire, i.e., the cathode is electrically connected with the cathode auxiliary wire via the transparent auxiliary electrode, resistance of the cathode is reduced by the use of the transparent auxiliary electrode. Furthermore, since the transparent auxiliary electrode is arranged in a transparent area, neither the size of the at least one pixel display area is reduced, nor the transparent function of the transparent areas is affected.
