An apparatus and a method for providing traffic information are provided. The apparatus includes a traffic data database (DB) that stores traffic data and a processor connected to the traffic data DB. The processor generates a prediction model to predict a traffic flow and determines an appropriate data input range for a target time point in the future using the prediction model. Additionally, the processor extracts past traffic data from the traffic data DB based on the determined appropriate data input range, predicts a traffic flow at the target time point based on the extracted past traffic data and provides the predicted traffic flow as traffic information.

Apparatus and method for providing traffic information

A display apparatus includes a first substrate in which a plurality of pixel areas and a non-pixel area around the pixel areas are defined, a cavity-defining layer disposed on the first substrate and defining a plurality of cavities corresponding to the pixel areas, an insulating layer disposed on the cavity-defining layer and in the cavities, a liquid crystal layer disposed on the insulating layer in the cavities, and a second substrate disposed on the insulating layer to cover the liquid crystal layer. A display device includes: a substrate at which red, green, blue, and white display areas are defined; first, second, and third organic layers having transmittance for white light and disposed on the substrate at the green, blue, and white display areas, respectively; a red color filter on the substrate at the red display area; a green color filter on the first organic layer at the green display area; and blue color filter on the second organic layer at the blue display area. A display device includes a display panel and a light source for outputting a first color light to the display panel. The display panel includes a first display substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first display substrate and the second substrate. The second display substrate includes a base substrate, a color filter layer including a plurality of color filters spaced apart from each other on the base substrate, a color conversion layer including a plurality of dams, and a plurality of conversion parts overlapping the color filters, disposed on the base substrate, and disposed between the plurality of dams, a reflection layer disposed on the dams, and a hydrophobic area disposed on the reflection layer, overlapping an upper surface of the dams, and non-overlapping a side surface of the dams.

A display device includes a liquid crystal display panel including a first substrate, a second substrate facing the first substrate and including a reflective layer, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first and second substrates, a light control member disposed on the liquid crystal display panel and including a first optical part, and a polarizing member disposed on the light control member and including a polarizer. The liquid crystal layer includes a first liquid crystal molecule adjacent to the first substrate, and a long axis of the first liquid crystal molecule projected on the first substrate is aligned in a first direction. Optical film and liquid crystal display device including the same

The present invention relates to a non-aqueous cathode material for lithium secondary batteries using a spherical transition metal complex carbonate, and a method for preparing same. According to the present invention, since the surface of a spherical transition metal complex carbonate, which is prepared by using a cobalt material, nickel material, manganese material, carboxyl group material, and ammonia material, is coated with titanium dioxide. In addition, by mixing the prepared, surface-coated transition metal complex carbonate with a lithium material and heat-treating the resultant material, it is possible to prepare a spherical Li-rich cathode material having a primary particle size of 200 nm or more, and a 0.1 C capacity of 250 mAh/g or more, and capable of implementing 96% or more of the initial capacity in a full cell after charging and discharging 60 times.
