In an apparatus for manufacturing a hybrid scaffold, a first strand having bin compatible polymer and a second strand having a mixture of bio compatible material and cells alternate with each other. Thus, mechanical strength of the hybrid scaffold is improved, and the cells uniformly grow among entire region of the scaffold. Furthermore, diameters of the first and second strands and interval between the first and second strands are precisely controlled. Thus, the hybrid scaffold is precisely manufactured according to a scaffold design.

Method of manufacturing hybrid scaffold and hybrid scaffold manufactured by the same

In an apparatus for manufacturing a scaffold and a scaffold manufactured by the apparatus, a collector is disposed under a dispensing head that dispenses melted bio materials (polymer) for manufacturing the scaffold. The collector has a cylindrical tube shape. Both sides of the tube shape are fixed. Thus, the tube is securely fixed and bending of the tube is prevented. Also, accuracy and preciseness of the scaffold are improved.

Apparatus for manufacturing scaffold and scaffold manufactured by the same

A cell culture scaffold manufacturing apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a solution storage portion in which a biopolymer solution is stored; a plotter that includes a plotter nozzle for ejecting a solution supplied from the solution storage portion; and a cylindrical collection portion that has a cylinder shape and is disposed at a lower portion of the plotter so that the solution ejected through the plotter nozzle of the plotter is collected.
