Provided are a system and a method for positioning a suspected article. The system includes a truss indicating mechanism defining a coordinate system having X, Y and Z directions perpendicular to each other. The truss indicating mechanism includes a first direction moving rail disposed on a truss body in one of the three directions; a second direction moving rail movably disposed on the first direction moving rail in a another of the three directions, the second direction moving rail is movable in the first direction relative to the first direction moving rail; and a ranging indicating device movably disposed on the second direction moving rail, the ranging indicating device is configured to be movable in the second direction relative to the second direction moving rail, and is configured to feed back position information of the suspected article in a to-be-inspected cargo by using coordinate information of the coordinate system.

System and method for positioning suspected article

A conveying device () and an inspection system () are provided. The conveying device includes: a first support frame (); a first conveying mechanism () and a second conveying mechanism () which are installed on the first support frame; and a switching mechanism () configured to selectively lift the first conveying mechanism or the second conveying mechanism in a vertical direction, such that the first conveying mechanism or the second conveying mechanism carries goods () and conveys the goods in a first horizontal direction or a second horizontal direction different from the first horizontal direction. The conveying device may achieve a positioning and a smooth continuous conveying of goods, and achieve a smooth conveying and a calibrated positioning of the goods in different postures.

Conveying device and inspection system

An array substrate, a display panel, a display device, a method for manufacturing the array substrate and a method for manufacturing the display panel are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, and an organic layer and a passivation layer arranged above the base substrate. The base substrate includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region. Each of the organic layer and the passivation layer is arranged in both the display region and the non-display region. A groove is arranged in the organic layer and the passivation layer in the non-display region, the groove penetrates the organic layer and the passivation layer and is of a closed pattern surrounding the display region. The groove is to be filled with a sealing material.

Array substrate, display panel, display device, method for manufacturing array substrate and method for manufacturing display panel

An array substrate and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate includes a display area and a gate driver circuit located outside of the display area. The display area is covered with an alignment film, and the gate driver circuit is also covered with the alignment film. With the array substrate, damage, caused by static electricity generated between conductive particles in a sealant and the gate driver circuit, to the gate driver circuit can be effectively reduced.

A display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes a display region and a non-display region. A reset zone is provided in the non-display region, and a thickness of a thin film layer provided in the reset zone is smaller than a thickness of a thin film layer provided in a zone adjacent to the reset zone. A step between the thin film layer in the reset zone and the thin film layer in the zone adjacent to the reset zone at the boundary of the reset zone and the zone adjacent to the reset zone is uniform in height; and in a direction within a surface of the display substrate and perpendicular to a rubbing direction of the display substrate, a size of the reset zone is greater than or equal to a size of the display region.

Display substrate and manufacturing method thereof, display panel and display device

Provided are a shift register unit, a gate driver and a display device. The shift register unit comprises: a pull-up control module, a pull-up module, a reset module, and a denoise module for holding a signal output from the first output terminal when the signal has a level higher than a first preset threshold and outputting the held signal from a second output terminal when a signal input from a denoise control signal input terminal has a level higher than a second preset threshold. The signal output from the first output terminal is filtered by using the signal output from the first output terminal and the signal input from the denoise control signal input terminal, and thus burrs in the signal output from the first output terminal are eliminated, that is, noise is eliminated, solving the problem that a defective display picture due to the noise in the output signal.
