A display device includes: a first substrate; a second substrate facing the first substrate; a light amount control layer between the first substrate and the second substrate; a first line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a first direction and a second line disposed on the first substrate and extending in a second direction which intersects the first direction; a light blocking member disposed on the first substrate and overlapping at least one of the first line and the second line; a plurality of color conversion layers on the second substrate in respective pixel areas; and a partition wall among the plurality of color conversion layers, corresponding to the first line and the second line. The partition wall has a width less than a width of the light blocking member.

A display apparatus includes: a top substrate over a bottom substrate and including a first region; a second-color color filter layer on a bottom surface of the top substrate and having a 2-1opening exposing the first region; a first-color color filter layer including a portion in the 2-1opening and a portion on a bottom surface of the second-color color filter layer; a bank between the first-color and the second-color color filter layers and the bottom substrate, the bank having a first opening corresponding to the first region, the first opening including a 1-1portion overlapping the 2-1opening and a 1-2portion outside the 2-1opening; a first-color quantum dot layer in the first opening; and a first reflective layer on an inner surface of the first opening and a portion of a top surface of the first-color quantum dot layer.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus including a light emitting device layer emitting a first light having a peak wavelength of 500 nm or less, a color control layer disposed on the light emitting device layer, the color control layer including an emitting element converting the first light, a color filter layer disposed on the color control layer, and an absorptive scattering element provided in or on the color control layer. The absorptive scattering element may include a light absorbing portion, in which absorptivity of a green or red light is greater than absorptivity of the first light. Accordingly, reflectance of the display apparatus to an external light may be reduced.

Display device and manufacturing method thereof

A display apparatus includes a display panel configured to display an image. A light guide plate is disposed below the display panel. The light guide plate has a light incident surface. A light source is disposed adjacent to the light incident surface of the light guide plate to generate first light. A light conversion layer is disposed between the light guide plate and the display panel to convert a wavelength band of incident light. An optical filter layer is disposed between the light guide plate and the light conversion layer to selectively transmit or reflect incident light.

Photosensitive resin composition and display device

A display device includes: a backlight unit emitting a light; a first substrate on a path of a light emitted from the backlight unit; a pixel electrode on the first substrate; a light amount control layer on the pixel electrode; a first polarizer on the light amount control layer; a color conversion layer on the first polarizer; and an angular filter between the backlight unit and the color conversion layer. The color conversion layer includes a phosphor, and the angular filter blocks 50% or more of a light incident to the angular filter at an incident angle of 30 degrees or more.
