A compressor may comprise: a first fluid channel provided to communicate with an oil supply fluid channel so as to allow oil to flow therethrough; a second fluid channel provided to extend from the first fluid channel so as to allow the oil to flow to the outside of a case; a third fluid channel extending from the second fluid channel and provided outside the case; and a main fluid channel extending from the third fluid channel and provided through a fixed scroll or a main frame. Accordingly, the oil is supplied to a compression part by passing along the outside of the case, so that oil can be effectively supplied when a high-pressure operation is performed. Moreover, the present invention may not have a facility such as a pressure reduction pin, so that oil can be effectively supplied when a low-pressure operation is performed.

A scroll compressor includes a plurality of fixing protrusions that are provided spaced apart from each other in a key that constitutes an Oldham ring, and an orbiting scroll, to which the key is coupled, or a ring body of the Oldham ring may be provided with a plurality of fixing grooves which are spaced part from each other and into which the plurality of fixing protrusions are respectively inserted and fixed.

A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor includes a rotating shaft coupling portion axially extending from a central portion of an orbiting end plate to radially overlap an orbiting wrap, such that an eccentric portion of a rotating shaft is coupled thereto, and a portion of the orbiting wrap may extend from an end surface of the rotating shaft coupling portion facing a fixed end plate. With the configuration, a distance between bearing reaction force and gas reaction force acting on the orbiting scroll can be reduced, to stabilize a behavior of the orbiting scroll and thus reduce back pressure, thereby decreasing friction loss between scrolls. Simultaneously, compression chambers can be formed even in a central portion of the orbiting scroll, which can increase a compression ratio and improve volumetric efficiency.

A scroll compressor has a regulating part, provided in a modular manner outside of a compression part, for determining whether to selectively supply oil from one oil-feeding path to a plurality of regions inside the compression part that compresses a refrigerant.

A scroll compressor includes a casing, a main frame, a rotating shaft, an orbiting scroll, a fixed scroll configured to engage the orbiting scroll to form a compression chamber, and an Oldham ring slidably coupled to the orbiting scroll to prevent rotation of the orbiting scroll. The Oldham ring includes: a ring body provided between the main frame and the orbiting scroll to be supported in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a key portion extending in the axial direction from the ring body and slidably inserted into a key accommodating portion provided in the orbiting scroll, the main frame, or the fixed scroll. The ring body or the key portion includes an oil supply passage for guiding oil accumulated in a member on which the ring body is supported to between the key portion and the key accommodating portion.

A scroll compressor includes a refrigerant suction pipe coupled to a discharge cover or a fixed scroll through a casing in a radial direction, a suction passage communicating the refrigerant suction pipe with a compression chamber, and a suction passage opening and closing valve disposed inside the suction passage to be slidable in an axial direction so as to selectively open or close the suction passage. Accordingly, when the compressor is stopped, oil or refrigerant in the casing can be restricted quickly so as not to flow back to the refrigerant suction pipe through a compression unit.

A scroll compressor includes a first oil supply passage communicating with a first compression chamber formed between an inner circumferential surface of a fixed wrap and an outer circumferential surface of an orbiting wrap, and a second oil supply passage separated from the first oil supply passage and communicating with a second compression chamber formed between an outer circumferential surface of the fixed wrap and an inner circumferential surface of the orbiting wrap, wherein the first oil supply passage includes an oil supply guide portion provided in a thrust surface of the fixed scroll in contact with the orbiting scroll to define a part of the first oil supply passage, whereby communication between the first and second compression chambers can be prevented, thereby suppressing leakage between the compression chambers, stabilizing behavior of the orbiting scroll, and facilitating formation of the orbiting scroll.

A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing; a drive motor provided at an inner space of the casing; a rotational shaft coupled to a rotor of the drive motor, and rotated together with the rotor; a frame provided below the drive motor; a fixed scroll provided below the frame, and having a fixed wrap; and an orbiting scroll provided between the frame and the fixed scroll, having an orbiting wrap so as to form a compression chamber including a suction chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber, and a discharge chamber, by being engaged with the fixed wrap. In a state in which a center of the fixed scroll and a center of the orbiting scroll are substantially the same, an interval between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap gradually increases towards the suction chamber from the discharge chamber.

A scroll compressor according to the present disclosure includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll forming first and compression chambers with the fixed scroll, first and second compression chamber oil supply holes formed through the orbiting scroll to communicate with the first compression chamber and the second compression chamber, respectively, wherein when a section in which the first compression chamber oil supply hole is opened toward the first compression chamber is a first oil supply section and a section in which the second compression chamber oil supply hole is opened toward the second compression chamber, a non-overlap section between the first oil supply section and the second oil supply section may be longer than an overlap section between the first oil supply section and the second oil supply section, so as to prevent communication between the first and second compression chambers, thereby suppressing leakage between the compression chambers.

A compressor, more particularly, a scroll compressor provides structures that may enhance centrifugal stiffness at a contact point between a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. The compressor may include an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll wrap wound around a radial-direction inner area from a radial-direction outer area; and a fixed scroll having a fixed scroll wrap wound around the radial-direction inner area from the radial-direction outer area. A surfacing part may be configured to narrow a distance between the orbiting scroll wrap and the fixed scroll wrap may be formed in a predetermined section of the orbiting scroll or fixed scroll wrap.
