Disclosed herein is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator including an amplifier configured to receive a reference voltage through a negative input terminal, receive a feedback voltage through a positive input terminal, and amplify a difference between the feedback voltage and the reference voltage; a buffer which has an input connected to an output of the amplifier and an output and performs a buffering operation; a pass transistor configured to generate a driving current according to an output signal of the buffer; a voltage divider configured to form an output signal according to the driving current and generate a feedback voltage through a feedback resistor connected thereto; and a negative resistor circuit connected between the reference voltage and the feedback resistor and configured to generate a compensation current compensating for a loss current generated in the feedback resistor. In accordance with the present invention, the LDO voltage regulator, which greatly improves load regulation with a wide bandwidth by increasing a gain without increasing a size and current consumption of a transistor inside an amplifier, can be provided.

Low dropout voltage regulator

Disclosed is a transporting robot which executes a mounted artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm and/or machine learning algorithm and communicates with different electronic devices and external servers in a 5G communication environment. The transporting robot includes a wheel driver, a loading box, and a robot controller. The transporting robot is provided such that a transporting service using an autonomous robot may be provided.

Transporting robot and method for controlling the same

A cart robot analyzing a hand motion of a user is disclosed. The cart robot comprises a code input interface obtaining a product identification code, a sensor detecting a hand motion of a user, a weight measuring device measuring a weight of one or more products contained in a product loading space, and a controller. When there is no change in weight of the loaded products, the cart robot updates a shopping list with respect to the products loaded in the product loading space in real time by analyzing the hand motion of the user. Therefore, the convenience of the user is enhanced.

A pellicle for EUV lithography is provided. The pellicle for EUV lithography may improve strength of a pellicle film by having a strength reinforcing layer including a first coupling layer and a carbon nanostructure disposed on a first inorganic layer, the first coupling layer here increase coupling strength between the first inorganic layer and the strength reinforcing layer, and a strength reinforcing layer including a carbon nanostructure. Also, a pellicle for EUV lithography according to another embodiment and a method of fabricating the same are provided. The pellicle for EUV lithography includes a plurality of holes and is a porous thin film made of a material with an extinction coefficient less than or equal to 0.02, and a diameter of the holes is less than or equal to 1 &#x3bc;m. Accordingly, improved strength is achievable because thickness may be made large with still having high EUV transmission.
