Provided is a snubber circuit. The snubber circuit may include a first snubber diode connected to a first node connected to a DC-DC converter, a snubber capacitor connected between the first snubber diode and a second node connected to the DC-DC converter, a snubber voltage source connected to the first node, a snubber inductor connected to a third node between the first snubber diode and the snubber capacitor, and a second snubber diode connected between the snubber inductor and the snubber voltage source.

Disclosed is a substrate treating system. The substrate treating system includes an index unit having a port, on which a container containing a substrate is positioned, and an index robot, a process executing unit having substrate treating apparatuses for treating the substrate and a main transferring robot for transferring the substrate, and a buffer unit disposed between the process executing unit and the index unit and in which the substrate fed between the process executing unit and the index unit temporarily stays. Each of the index robot, the substrate treating apparatuses, the main transferring robot, and the buffer unit includes a conductive part contacting the substrate to remove static electricity of the substrate.

The apparatus for supplying power includes a high-frequency power source that provides a high-frequency power; a plasma source including first and second antennas that generates plasma by using the high-frequency power; and a power divider connected between the high-frequency power source and the plasma source to divide the high-frequency power supplied to the first and second antennas. The power divider includes a first variable device that controls the high-frequency power supplied to the first and second antennas; and a second variable device that compensates for non-linearity of the high-frequency power supplied to the first and second antennas.

An OLED display device having a touch sensor is provided. OLED display device having touch sensor and method of manufacturing the same

An LCD device and a driving method thereof are provided. The LCD device includes a panel, a timing controller, and a backlight unit. The panel is driven by a data driver and a gate driver. The timing controller controls the data driver and the gate driver. The backlight unit turns on or off a light source according to a dimming control signal transferred from the timing controller. The backlight unit is configured such that a turn-off delay time of a light source turned off according to the dimming control signal is shorter than a turn-on delay time of a light source turned on according to the dimming control signal.
