An electronic device including a display unit including light-emitting areas providing an image and non-light-emitting areas adjacent to the light-emitting areas, and an input sensing unit disposed on the display unit and including: a first insulating layer disposed on the display unit; a first conductive layer disposed on the first insulating layer and including first conductive patterns; a second insulating layer including first contact holes exposing the first conductive patterns and second contact holes exposing the first insulating layer overlapping each other, and disposed on the first insulating layer and covering the first conductive layer; and a second conductive layer formed of mesh lines that cross each other and define mesh openings overlapping the corresponding light-emitting areas, in which each of the first contact holes and the second contact holes overlaps intersection portions of the mesh lines.

Input sensing unit and electronic device including the same

An electronic device including a display unit and an input sensing unit including a sensing insulating layer including a first insulating layer disposed on the display unit, and a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer and including first contact holes and second contact holes, a first sensing electrode including first sensing patterns and a plurality of first conductive patterns disposed between the first sensing patterns, and a second sensing electrode including second sensing patterns and second conductive patterns disposed between the second sensing patterns, in which the first sensing patterns and the first conductive patterns are coupled to each other through corresponding ones of the first contact holes, and at least one of the first sensing electrode and the second sensing electrode is in contact with the first insulating layer through the second contact holes.

A display device includes a display module configured to display an image, and a flexible board in which a flat area and a bending area arranged in one direction in a plan view are defined, wherein at least a portion of the flat area is connected to the display module, and wherein the flexible board includes a base substrate connected to the display module, a cover member on the flat area, and covering a boundary at which the base substrate and the display module are connected to each other, and a blocking member on the flat area, and in contact with the cover member.

A liquid crystal cell panel includes a first substrate from which is formed a thin film transistor array substrate, the first substrate including a plurality of unit cells and test terminals which respectively correspond to the unit cells, and a second substrate which faces the first substrate and from which is formed a color filter substrate. The first substrate further includes a first cutting pattern at each of a plurality of corners thereof, and the second substrate includes a second cutting pattern at each of a plurality of corners thereof, the second cutting patterns corresponding one-to-one with the first cutting patterns. Corresponding first and second cutting patterns cross each other in a plan view, and the crossing first and second cutting patterns expose a test terminal adjacent to the crossing first and second cutting patterns to outside the liquid crystal cell panel.
