The invention discloses a method for fabricating power-generating module with solar cell. The method includes the steps of providing a flexible substrate; forming a solar cell unit on the flexible substrate by using a high density plasma at a temperature lower than about 150&#xb0; C.; and forming a circuit unit on the flexible substrate; wherein the solar cell unit is coupled to the circuit unit, so as to provide the power needed for the operation of the circuit unit.

Method for fabricating power-generating module with solar cell

A light-trapping layer is integrated into a thin-film solar cell. It is integrated as a light-inlet layer, an intermediate layer or a shaded layer with nano-particles embedded in a transparent or non-transparent conductive film. Thus, light stays longer in an absorption layer with photocurrent increased; defects of interface between the absorption layer and the nano-material are decreased; anti-reflective effect to inlet light is enhanced; and a good integrity and a good reliability for long-time light-shining are obtained.

Method of integrating light-trapping layer to thin-film solar cell

A hot embossing auto-leveling apparatus which has an air-floating spherical bearing between a lower mold and a base, placed in a depression on the base, with the base housing an air inlet and an air outlet. A hot embossing auto-leveling method, comprising the steps of (1) performing an upward and downward coupling movement of the lower and upper molds; (2) adjusting the lower mold against the upper mold using the air-floating spherical bearing; (3) fixing the lower mold by under pressure in an orientation parallel to the upper mold; (4) placing a molded part on the lower mold; (5) evacuating, heating and pressurizing a working chamber; (6) cooling; and (7) opening.

Hot embossing auto-leveling apparatus and method

The present invention discloses a means of the generation of tunable femtosecond pulses from 380 nm to 465 nm near the degenerate point of a 405-nm pumped type-I BBO non-collinearly phase-matched optical parametric amplifier (NOPA). The tunable UV/blue radiation is obtained from sum frequency generation (SFG) between the OPA output and the residual fundamental beam at 810-nm and cascaded second harmonic generation (SHG) of OPA. With a pumping energy of 75 mJ at 405 nm, the optical conversion efficiency from the pump to the tunable SFG is more than 5% and the efficiency of SHG of the OPA is about 2%.
