A supported metallocene catalyst can include a silica-based carrier and an aluminum alkyl halide, a cocatalyst compound, and a metallocene compound supported in the silica-based carrier. The aluminum alkyl halide is supported at higher rate on the surface of the silica-based carrier than inside the pores, and the cocatalyst compound is supported at higher rate inside the pores of the silica-based carrier than on the surface of the silica-based carrier. Such a supported metallocene catalyst can be prepared by: (i) supporting an aluminum alkyl halide in a silica-based carrier; (ii) supporting a cocatalyst compound in the silica-based carrier in which the aluminum alkyl halide is supported; and (iii) supporting a metallocene compound in the carrier in which the aluminum alkyl halide and the cocatalyst compound are supported. Such a supported metallocene catalyst can be used to polymerize polyolefins with excellent activity and polyolefin with a uniform powder morphology.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of cancer, comprising a Runx3 (Runt-related transcription factor 3) protein, a polynucleotide encoding thereof, a vector carrying the polynucleotide or a virus or cell transformed with the vector; and a CDK4 inhibitor or an mTOR inhibitor as an active ingredient. It was confirmed that the binding of Runx3 and BRD2 was maintained for up to 8 hours when the CDK4 inhibitor (PD0332991) was present at the concentration of 11 nM known to be non-toxic to normal cells. It was also confirmed that the binding of Runx3 and BRD2 was maintained for up to 8 hours when the mTOR inhibitor (rapamycin) was present at the concentration of 100 nM known to be non-cytotoxic to normal cells. In addition, it was confirmed that the cancer apoptotic effect was significantly increased when the CDK4 inhibitor or mTOR inhibitor was administered simultaneously with Runx3 than when Runx3 was administered alone to Runx3 deficient cancer cells. Therefore, the CDK4 inhibitor or mTOR inhibitor can be effectively used for preventing or treating various cancers by administering the same in combination with Runx3.

The present invention relates to a coating method for the preparation of a coated nuclear fuel. Particularly, the present invention relates to the coating method of nuclear fuel surface with more than two coated layers of carbides, borides or nitrides and their compounds comprising deposition or permeation steps of i) elements or mixture that can form carbides, borides or nitrides and ii) a layer of pyrolytic carbon or boron prepared by chemical vapor deposition(CVD) or sputtering in sequence or in reverse sequence, or nitrogen prepared by gas permeation in sequence, on the nuclear fuel surface. The coated layers are formed with carbides, borides, nitrides or their mixture at high temperature and pressure by a combustion synthesis. The coating method of this invention can be applied to various types of nuclear fuels either in particle or in pellet type and control and preserve fine crystal structure without phase transition since the surface of nuclear fuel coated with pyrolytic carbon and silicon is heated only for several seconds by heat source such as laser beam, arc or microwave. Thus, the present invention is excellent method of coating nuclear fuel surface not only for particle type fuel which used in High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor (HTGR) but also for pellet type fuel used for Water-cooled Reactors.
