A vehicle air conditioner is disclosed. The present invention provides the vehicle air conditioner, which: can directly control the amount of air passing through an evaporator and a heater core since a blower is disposed between the evaporator and the heater core; has front and rear seat discharge units respectively having heater cores, thereby having a simple form, minimizing energy consumption, and independently enabling four or more zones, including front and rear seats, the left and right of the front seats, and the left and right of the rear seats, to be air-conditioned; and can discharge an offensive smell to the outside during initial driving of a vehicle since the air outside a vehicle, flowing in from an air inlet, and indoor air flowing in from an inside air suction port, disposed at the center of the vehicle, are discharged to the outside of the vehicle by means of a second blower, and not by a front seat blower, for discharging the air to the rear seats.

Vehicle air conditioner

The battery temperature control device includes a refrigerant circulation line having a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, expansion means and an outdoor heat exchanger; a coolant circulation line which circulates a heater core mounted to heat the interior of the vehicle; and a coolant heat exchanger mounted to exchange heat between refrigerant circulating the refrigerant circulation line and coolant circulating the coolant circulation line, wherein a battery is arranged on the coolant circulation line.

Air conditioner for vehicle

Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle and a controlling method thereof. The air conditioner includes: a defrost vent and a face vent formed in a straight line; a defrost door part and a face door part formed in a straight line; and a duct separator having the defrost door part therein and being mounted inside an outlet, in which the defrost vent and the face vent are formed, to partition the defrost vent and the face vent, thereby enhancing assemblability by facilitating assembly even if the defrost door part and the face door part are mounted at different angles. Moreover, the air conditioner and the controlling method thereof can control an air outflow mode and an air inflow mode to be operated in interwork by connecting a first operating member for operating a mode door and a second operating member for operating an intake door with each other.

A battery temperature control device for a vehicle, which heats the interior of the vehicle and a battery, and an air conditioner for a vehicle having same, the battery temperature control device including: a refrigerant circulation line (R) having a compressor (), an indoor heat exchanger (), expansion means () and an outdoor heat exchanger (); a coolant circulation line (W) which circulates a heater core () mounted to heat the interior of the vehicle; and a coolant heat exchanger () mounted to exchange heat between refrigerant circulating the refrigerant circulation line (R) and coolant circulating the coolant circulation line (W). Battery () is arranged on the coolant circulation line (W). The coolant circulation line which can heat the interior of the vehicle and the battery at the same allowing the battery temperature control device and the air conditioner heat the vehicle's interior and the battery effectively.

Heat management system for vehicle

Disclosed is an air conditioner for a vehicle which has inside air intake ports formed on the side surface of a cylindrical intake duct and the side surface of a cylindrical intake door so as to partially inhale inside air during an outside air inflow mode, thereby reducing manufacturing processes and manufacturing costs because there is no need to add a separate component for inhaling inside air in the outside air inflow mode, controlling intake amounts of outside air and inside air through a recess part formed on the outer circumferential surface of the intake door, and enhancing cooling and heating performance by partially inhaling inside air during the outside air inflow mode.

Disclosed herein is a PTC heater for a vehicle, which includes a plurality of cores, such as a first core and a second core, disposed independently and respectively arranged in a first passageway and a second passageway of an air-conditioning case to be controlled independently, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and weight of the air conditioner, enhancing vehicle fuel efficiency and productivity, being easily applicable to other vehicles using PTC heaters because one PTC heater is used for independent control at the right and the left.
