An enterprise network is disclosed. The enterprise network includes at least one site. The site includes an authorizing unit, an enterprise private branch exchange (PBX), and a plurality of femtocells. After a first femtocell of the plurality of femtocells receives a voice/data signal from an enterprise-authenticated handset and the authorizing unit authorizes the voice/data signal, the first femtocell distinguishes a destination of the voice/data signal and routes the voice/data signal to the destination.

A transform domain multi-user detection and interference suppression apparatus for femtocell is disclosed. The transform domain multi-user detection and interference suppression apparatus is applied in a telecommunication system including a plurality of user equipments. The transform domain multi-user detection and interference suppression apparatus includes a multi-user signal processing module including an interference suppression unit. The multi-user signal processing module receives a plurality of user signals from the plurality of user equipments. During an interference suppression phase, the interference suppression unit of the multi-user signal processing module focuses on one of the plurality of user signals in the transform domain and reduces the other user signals in the transform domain by using a specific operation method. During an interference cancellation phase, the multi-user signal processing module receives an estimation of the plurality of user signals in the transform domain and reconstructs the received signals according to the estimation.

Transform domain multi-user detection for femtocell

A femtocell wireless signaling/data mesh network for multi-user, multi-mode baseband signaling methods, timing/frequency synchronization, and receiver architectures is disclosed. The femtocell wireless signaling/data mesh network includes a plurality of femtocells connected by a plurality of wireless links. A first femtocell of the plurality of femtocells directly communicates with a second femtocell of the plurality of femtocells via a wireless link between the first femtocell and the second femtocell.

Multi-user, multi-mode baseband signaling methods, timing/frequency synchronization, and receiver architectures

An external memory based FIFO (xFIFO) apparatus coupled to an external memory and a register bus is disclosed. The xFIFO apparatus includes an xFIFO engine, a wDMA engine, an rDMA engine, a first virtual FIFO, and a second virtual FIFO. The xFIFO engine receives a FIFO command from the register bus and generates a writing DMA command and a reading DMA command. The wDMA engine receives the writing DMA command from the xFIFO engine and forwards an incoming data to the external memory. The rDMA engine receives the reading DMA command from the xFIFO engine and pre-fetches a FIFO data from the external memory. The wDMA engine and the rDMA engine synchronize with each other via the first virtual FIFO and the second virtual FIFO.
