A service method and system using an instance interface of a virtualization object in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment is disclosed. A service method in an IoT environment may include: displaying a message to another instance using a feeder interface among interfaces included in an instance of a virtualization object about a thing; receiving a message displayed from a feeder interface of the other instance or the thing using a subscriber interface among the interfaces; transferring a message to the other instance or the thing using a controller interface among the interfaces; receiving a message transferred from a controller interface of the other instance using a receiver interface among the interfaces; and interacting with a 3rd party service using an authentication interface among the interfaces.

Service method and system using instance interface of virtualization object in internet of things environment

A circuit for generating a Yi control signal in a memory device. The circuit comprises a column select signal control block for generating a Yi control signal for a normal operation of a first cycle of a page mode, a latch for setting the Yi control signal from the column select signal control block, a read reset block for resetting the latch, a page read Yi enable block for generating the Yi control signal when a page address is changed in a page read mode and then setting the latch, and a page read reset block for resetting the latch set by the page read Yi enable block.

Circuit for generating column selection control signal in memory device

A bitline pull-up circuit for compensating a leakage current, having one pair of bitline pull-up transistors and one bitline equalizing transistor, includes a leakage current sensing part having ends respectively connected to a bitline and the pull-up transistors, a leakage current compensating part having ends respectively connected to the bitline, a leakage current compensation control part connected to the leakage current compensating part and a first power source for controlling power supply to the leakage current compensating part, and a leakage current storing part connected to a control terminal of the leakage current compensating part and a second power source for storing a leakage current from the bitline and controlling the leakage current compensating part according to an amount of a stored leakage current.
