A lighting device disclosed in an embodiment of the invention includes: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on the substrate; a first reflective member disposed on the substrate; a resin layer disposed on the first reflective member; a second reflective member disposed on the resin layer; and a wavelength conversion layer disposed on one surface of the resin layer opposite to the light emitting surface of the light emitting device, wherein a distance from the light emitting surface to the one surface may be 5 to 10 times a height of the resin layer.

Lighting module, lighting device and lamp

A lighting device includes a substrate, light sources having a first light source on the substrate, a resin layer sealing the plurality of light sources on the substrate; and a light transmitting layer on the resin layer. A surface of the resin layer has an upper surface and side surfaces, and the side surfaces of the resin layer has a convex curved surface. The light transmitting layer has a first flat region on the upper surface of the resin layer and a second curved region on the side surfaces of the resin layer. The convex curved surface of the resin layer and the second curved region of the light transmitting layer overlap the first light source in a vertical direction, and a corner between two adjacent the side surfaces of the resin layer has a convex curved surface.

Lighting device

The lighting assembly disclosed in the embodiment of the invention includes a substrate, light emitting devices on the substrate, a first resin layer covering the light emitting devices, and at least one second resin layer on the first resin layer, and a first cover disposed on an outer periphery of the substrate along an outer periphery of the substrate of the lighting module. The second resin layer is disposed on upper and side surfaces of the first resin layer, and the second resin layer includes at least one of phosphor and ink particles. The first cover includes an opening portion from which the second resin layer protrudes, a substrate cover portion disposed on an upper surface of the substrate around the opening portion, and a side cover portion extending lower than a side surface of the substrate from the substrate cover portion. An upper surface of the substrate cover portion may be disposed lower than the upper surface of the first resin layer.

Lighting module and lighting assembly including same

A lighting device may include a substrate, light sources, a resin layer disposed on the substrate and the light sources, and a phosphor layer disposed on the resin layer. A surface of the resin layer has a flat upper surface and a plurality of side surfaces on an outer side of the flat upper surface. At least one of the plurality of side surfaces of the resin layer has a curved surface. The phosphor layer has a first region disposed on the flat upper surface of the resin layer and a second region disposed on the plurality of side surfaces of the resin layer. Light generated from the plurality of light sources is emitted through the flat upper surface and the curved surface of the resin layer.

A lighting device disclosed in an embodiment of the invention includes a plurality of light sources disposed on a substrate; a resin layer disposed on the substrate and the plurality of light sources; a phosphor layer disposed on the resin layer, and an ink layer disposed on the phosphor layer, wherein the ink layer has a first ink layer and a second ink layer having a height greater than that of the first ink layer with respect to the upper surfaces of the phosphor layer, and it possible to provide a three-dimensional image of the surface.

The lighting device disclosed in the embodiment includes a substrate, light sources disposed on the substrate at predetermined intervals, a resin layer disposed on the substrate and the light sources, and a phosphor layer disposed on the resin layer. The phosphor layer includes a first region overlapped with some of the N light sources in a direction perpendicular to the substrate and including a flat region, and a second region extending from a side surface of the first region toward the substrate and including a curved surface. The second region includes a first point horizontally in contact with the substrate from a center of a first light source closest to the side surface of the resin layer, a second point on the curved surface, and a third point where a straight line perpendicular to the substrate passes the center of the first light source, and a second distance from the center of the first light source to the second point is greater than a first distance from the center of the first light source to the first point, and is smaller than a third distance from the center of the first light source to the third point.

A lighting device may comprise: a flexible lighting module having a light emitting device; a coupling member arranged on the lower portion of the lighting module; and a bracket comprising a receiving groove in which the lighting module is received and having a coupling hole formed therein such that the coupling member is inserted and coupled thereto.
