A hydrogen reforming system is provided and includes a steam reforming system, a dry reforming system, and a water supply device. The steam reforming system is configured to (i) receive a raw material gas and react the raw material gas with water to generate a first mixed gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide, (ii) react the first mixed gas with the water to generate hydrogen and carbon dioxide, and (iii) discharge hydrogen and carbon dioxide. The dry reforming system is configured to (i) receive and react the raw material gas and the carbon dioxide discharged from the steam reforming system to generate a second mixed gas containing hydrogen, (ii) react the second mixed gas with the water to generate hydrogen and carbon dioxide, and (iii) discharge hydrogen and carbon dioxide. The water supply device is configured to supply the water to the steam reforming system and the dry reforming system.

Hydrogen reforming system

A cooling water flow control device of a cooling system for a vehicle can shorten a warm-up time of a cooling water being supplied to an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler. The cooling water flow control device includes: the EGR cooler that cools an exhaust gas supplied to an intake system of an engine using cooling water and includes an EGR cooler outlet through which the cooling water is discharged; a water pump to circulate the cooling water to the EGR cooler and the engine at an engine startup; and a direct flow path connected to a vent hole formed in the engine to guide the cooling water from the vent hole to a downstream side of an EGR cooler outlet.

Cooling water flow control device of cooling system for vehicle

A condensate discharge device of an intercooler for a vehicle is provided to remove condensate collected inside an intercooler. The device includes an ejector hose that is disposed between an inlet tank and an outlet tank to form a flow path for an air flow between the inlet tank and the outlet tank. An ejector housing is disposed on one side of the outlet tank. The condensate collected in the outlet tank is introduced into the ejector housing. An ejector nozzle is disposed in the ejector housing and injects the air introduced from the ejector hose into an inner space of the outlet tank. When injecting the air, to inject the condensate, which is introduced from the outlet tank into the ejector housing, injecting the inner space of the outlet tank with the air.

Condensate discharge device of intercooler for vehicle

A system for controlling operation of a reformer for fuel cells is provided. When the temperatures of a high temperature reforming unit operating as an endothermic catalyst reactor and a CO modification unit operating as an exothermic catalyst reactor deviate from catalyst activity reference temperatures, an amount of water supplied for heat exchange is increased so that the water for heat exchange sequentially flows up to the CO modification unit and the high temperature reforming unit. Accordingly, the temperature of the high temperature reforming unit and the temperature of the CO modification unit reach the catalyst activity reference temperatures, thereby preventing deterioration of high-concentration hydrogen production efficiency and unnecessary CO removal efficiency of the reformer and improving lifespan of catalysts of the reformer.

System for controlling operation of reformer for fuel cells

A vehicle exhaust system is provided to improve a uniformity index (UI) of exhaust gas discharged through an exhaust manifold. The system includes an exhaust manifold for collecting and transferring exhaust gas discharged from each cylinder of an engine and a catalytic purifier connected to an outlet of the exhaust manifold to reduce harmful substances in the exhaust gas flowing from the exhaust manifold. A mesh member is disposed between the exhaust manifold and the catalytic purifier to allow the exhaust gas to pass therethrough. The mesh member includes partition walls arranged to intersect longitudinally and transversely on an inner passage cross-section through which the exhaust gas passes. The partition walls cause flow resistance while colliding with the exhaust gas to induce the exhaust gas to uniformly flow into a catalyst of the catalytic purifier.

A turbocharger fastening structure may include an exhaust manifold integrated head having two exhaust ports; a fastening unit located on one end portion of a turbocharger to be fastened to the exhaust manifold integrated head; and an intake hole formed on the fastening unit, corresponding to the two exhaust ports of the exhaust manifold integrated head, and having a rib, the intake hole allowing exhaust gas to enter the turbocharger through the exhaust manifold integrated head.
