According to embodiments of the disclosure, a pixel includes a driving transistor including a gate electrode, a first electrode electrically connected to a first power line and a second electrode electrically connected to a light emitting element, a body of a semiconductive layer constituting the driving transistor being electrically connected to the first power line.

A pixel may include: a first transistor including a second electrode, a first electrode electrically connected to a first power line, and a gate electrode connected to a first node; a second transistor including a second electrode, a first electrode electrically connected to a data line, and a gate electrode electrically connected to a first scan line; a third transistor connected between the first node and the data line, and including a gate electrode electrically connected to a second scan line; a first capacitor including a first electrode connected to the second electrode of the second transistor, and a second electrode connected to the first node; a second capacitor connected between the first power line and the first node; and a light emitting element between a second power line and the first transistor, and including a second electrode electrically connected to the second power line.

A display device includes pixels electrically connected to first scan lines, second scan lines, and emission lines, a first scan driver that applies first scan signals to the first scan lines, a second scan driver that applies second scan signals to the second scan lines, an emission control driver that applies emission signals to the emission lines, and a power supply that generates and outputs a first high voltage and a second high voltage. The second scan driver receives the first high voltage. The first scan driver and the emission control driver share the second high voltage.

The display device may include: a first pixel area including first pixels and first data lines coupled to the first pixels; a second pixel area including second pixels and second data lines coupled to the second pixels; a first non-pixel area disposed on one side of the first pixel area such that the first non-pixel area borders the first and second pixel areas; a data driver configured to output data signals corresponding to the first and second pixels through first and second output lines, respectively; and a switch unit including a first switch unit having a demux configured to alternately couple each of the first output lines to corresponding first data lines, and a second switch unit configured to couple the second output lines to the respective different second data lines.

Display device and method of driving the same

An organic light emitting display device includes: a first pixel region including first pixels coupled to first and second scan lines, and emission control lines; a first scan driver which supplies a first scan signal to each first scan line; a second scan driver which supplies a second scan signal to each second scan line; and an emission driver which supplies a light emission control signal to the emission control lines. The organic light emitting display device is in a second mode when the organic light emitting display device is mounted in a wearable device, and in a first mode otherwise. The second scan driver supplies k second scan signals to each second scan line in the first mode, and supplies j second scan signals to each second scan line in the second mode, where j is greater than k.

Organic light emitting display device and driving method thereof

A display device may include a scan line, a data line, a power line, a substrate, a transistor, a light emitting device, a light shielding member, and a shielding layer. The scan line extends in a first direction and may transfer a scan signal. The data line extends in a second direction and may transfer a data signal. The power line is spaced from the data line and may transfer a driving voltage. The light emitting device is electrically connected to the transistor. The light shielding member is disposed between the substrate and the transistor. The shielding layer is electrically connected to the power line. A liquid crystal lens device includes a first substrate including a display area, a first non-display area, and a second non-display area with the display area interposed between the first and second non-display areas. First bus lines are disposed over the first non-display area. Second bus lines are disposed over the second non-display area and are insulated from the first bus lines. First electrode groups are disposed over the display area and the first non-display area and are connected to the first bus lines. Second electrode groups are disposed over the display area and the second non-display area and are connected to the second bus lines.
