An electronic device which includes a housing is provided. The housing includes a first surface, a second surface facing away from the first surface, and a side member surrounding a space between the first surface and the second surface, a display that is exposed through a substantial portion of the first surface of the housing, a first radiator that forms a portion of the side member, a PCB that is positioned within the housing and includes a ground layer, a communication circuit that is positioned on the PCB, and a conductive pattern having a length corresponding to a length of the first radiator.

Electronic device comprising antenna

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing, a wireless communication circuit, a first antenna radiator electrically connected with a first ground, a second antenna radiator electrically connected with a second ground, a feeding unit that feeds at least one of the first antenna radiator or the second antenna radiator, and a first switch that operates at a first connection state where the feeding unit and the first antenna radiator are electrically connected to each other, at a second connection state where the feeding unit and the second antenna are electrically connected to each other, or at a third connection state where the feeding unit and the first antenna radiator are connected to each other and the feeding unit and the second antenna radiator are electrically connected to each other, based on a first control signal from the wireless communication circuit.

A semiconductor device includes a substrate having first and second active regions with a field insulating layer therebetween that contacts the first and second active regions, and a gate electrode on the substrate and traversing the first active region, the second active region, and the field insulating layer. The gate electrode includes a first portion over the first active region, a second portion over the second active region, and a third portion in contact with the first and second portions. The electronic device includes a first antenna radiator that resonates in a first band, a second antenna radiator that resonates in second and third bands higher than the first band, a third antenna radiator that resonates in the second and third bands, a communication circuit, a first feeding part electrically connecting the communication circuit and the first antenna radiator, a second feeding part electrically connecting the communication circuit and the second antenna radiator, and a third feeding part electrically connecting the communication circuit and the third antenna radiator. The communication circuit receives a signal in the second band while transmitting and receiving a signal in the second band by using the second antenna radiator and receives a signal in the third band while transmitting and receiving a signal in the third band using the third antenna radiator.
