A semiconductor memory device includes a substrate, at least one floating gate electrode, an interlayer dielectric layer, an interconnection structure, an etching stop layer, a conductive structure, and an opening. The floating gate electrode is disposed on the substrate. The interlayer dielectric layer is disposed on the floating gate electrode. The interconnection structure is disposed in the interlayer dielectric layer. The etching stop layer is disposed on the interlayer dielectric layer. The conductive structure penetrates the etching stop layer and is electrically connected with the interconnection structure. The opening penetrates the etching stop layer and overlaps at least a part of the floating gate electrode in a thickness direction of the substrate.

Semiconductor memory device

An electric dust-proof device includes a driving mechanism disposed on a base seat unit, and a dust-proof plate driven by the drive mechanism. The driving mechanism includes a power unit, a drive unit driven by the power unit, a driving seat driven by the drive unit, and a driven seat driven by the driving seat. The dust-proof plate is driven by the driven seat to move between an open position and a close position.

A lens cover apparatus for camera includes a housing, a cover, and a slider. The cover is rotatably mounted to the housing to open/close a lens window for selectively exposing/shielding a lens of the camera. The slider is manually movable with respect to the housing to induce a horizontal movement of a first linkage, which is converted into a rotary motion of the cover by a second linkage that has a lever forming a slot movably receiving and guiding a peg extending from the cover.

Lens cover apparatus for camera

A digital image-capturing device includes an outer lens barrel, an image sensor disposed in the outer lens barrel, an inner lens barrel mounted in the outer lens barrel, and a lens module mounted in the inner lens barrel. The outer lens barrel has a barrel coupling segment formed with an internal screw thread, and a barrel guiding segment. The inner lens barrel has a barrel engaging segment formed with an external screw thread to engage threadedly the internal screw thread of the barrel coupling segment, and a barrel sliding segment in sliding and rotatable contact with the barrel guiding segment. When the inner lens barrel is inserted into the outer lens barrel, the barrel guiding segment can guide the barrel sliding segment to prevent the inner lens barrel from wobbling and to maintain optical axis alignment, thereby ensuring image-capturing quality of the device.
