A micro LED display panel includes a back plate, a plurality of micro LEDs on the back plate, a first partition wall on a side of the back plate having the plurality of micro LEDs, an insulating layer on the back plate, and a common electrode on the insulating layer and covering the plurality of micro LEDs. The first partition wall divides the back plate into a plurality of light-emitting regions independent from each other. Each of the light-emitting regions is provided with one of the micro LEDs. The insulating layer is located in each of the light-emitting regions and surrounds each of the micro LEDs.

A color conversion film includes a substrate, a number of first and second indentations defined in the substrate, and a number of quantum dot blocks received in the first and second indentations. The substrate includes a first surface and a second surface parallel to the first surface. The first indentations are defined in the first surface and extended towards an interior of the substrate. The second indentations are defined in the second surface and extended towards an interior of the substrate. The quantum dot blocks converts an incident light to a light with a specific color.

A number of first electrodes are applied on the plurality of convexities. At least one hole injection layer is applied on the first electrodes. Each of the sub-pixels includes one of emitting materials formed in one of the containing areas. At least one of the containing areas corresponding to the sub-pixel includes a first partition. The height of the first partition is lower than the walls.

A color filter of display panel for converting dual band white backlight to light with three-primary colors. The color filter includes a plurality of first filtering parts, a plurality of second filtering parts, and a plurality of quantum dot blocks. The first filtering parts have a first primary color and allow light having a first wavelength corresponding to the first primary color to pass therethrough. The second filtering parts have a second primary color and selectively allow light having a second wavelength corresponding to the second primary color to pass therethrough. The quantum dot block converting light having a wavelength smaller than a third wavelength corresponding to a third primary color to light having the second wavelength.

A method of making organic light emitting diode array includes following steps. A base having a number of first electrodes on a surface of the base is provided. A first organic layer is located on the surface of the base to cover the first electrodes. A template with a first patterned surface is provided, wherein the first patterned surface includes a number of grooves with different depths. The first patterned surface of the template is attached on the first organic layer and separated from each other, wherein a number of protruding structures with different heights is formed. An organic light emitting layer is deposited to cover the protruding structures. A second organic layer is located on the organic light emitting layer. A method of making organic light emitting diode array includes following steps. A base having a number of first electrodes on a surface of the base is provided. A first organic layer is located on the surface of the base to cover the number of first electrodes. A first organic light emitting layer is applied on the first organic layer. An OLED panel includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel spaced from each other by a plurality of baffle plates. The first sub-pixel of each pixel is located adjacent to that of a neighboring pixel. The first sub-pixel of each pixel is spaced from that of the neighboring pixel by a partition plate. The partition plate has a height less than a height of each baffle plate.
