Present invention is related to a door hinge for opening and closing a door, the door hinge including: a fixing member fixed to the door frame of the oven range; an operating frame that is rotatably connected to the fixing member and is fixed to the door to open and close the door; a hinge bracket configured to rotatably connecting the operating frame to the fixing member, wherein the hinge bracket includes: a plate connected with the inside of the lower end of the operating frame, and a gap holding member having a first end, a second end, and in a shape of a '' at the center thereof for forming a space, wherein the first end of the gap holding member is connected to a lower end of the plate, and the second end of the gap holding member is connected to lower end of the fixing member.

The present invention related to a door hinge for opening a door, which includes a cam fitted to the housing and hinged to the door, a roller that is in contact with an outer curved portion of the cam and is pushed backward according to the eccentric rotation of the cam, a damper case coupled with the roller and a pin and moving linearly backward according to the pushing pressure of the roller, a chamber formed at the end of the damper case, a guide tube extending to the end of the damper case in which the chamber is formed recessedly, a damper cover fixed the housing with a fastening pin and accommodating space is formed therein to accommodate the guide tube, a damper installed in the accommodating space of the damper cover, and a rod configured to exert a compressive force of the damper.

Door hinge

The present invention relates to a door handle that tilts upward when a door is open initially, and after the tilting has been completed, is slowly returned to an initial state thereof through the resistance of a damper, so that even if a user's fingers are caught in a space between the door handle and the door, the door handle can protect the user's fingers from safety accidents. According to the present invention, the door handle is located on an upper end of a front surface of a door for opening and closing a body so as to open and close a cooking compartment formed inside the body at the time when the door pulls and rotates around door hinges, and the door handle includes a first actuating rod disposed in a vertically erected state on each of both sides of the door and having an end connected to the corresponding door hinge in such a manner as to be movable upward and downward, a second actuating rod disposed above the first actuating rod and coupled to a front end of the first actuating rod by means of a pin, a rotating member having an end coupled to the door handle and a front end coupled to the second actuating rod by means of a pin, and a hinge pin having both ends coupled to a door bracket fixed to the door after passing through the front end of the rotating member, wherein the second actuating rod has an elongated hole formed on a lower end thereof so as to allow the pin for connecting the first actuating rod and the second actuating rod to be fitted thereto in such a manner as to be movable upward and downward.

A door hinge includes a damper attached to a back side of the actuating member, a shaft mounted on the fixing member configured to be movable forward and backward while one end of the shaft is exposed in a direction to the fixing member and moved horizontally backward when contacting with the bumper of the actuating member according to closing of the door, a slide fixed on an upper side of the shaft and moves horizontally backward according to a movement of the shaft, an inclined plane portion provided an upper side of the slide, a platform configured to vertically move up and down on the inclined plane portion of the slide according to the horizontal movement of the slide, and a damper disposed at an upper portion of the platform configured to be pushed up to generate a resistance force to attenuate the closing speed of the door.
