A flow control device for a heat exchange system. The device includes a housing, a valve core and a transmission element. The housing is formed with an accommodating portion, a first port and a second port, the valve core being at least partially accommodated in the accommodating portion. The housing includes fixing elements and an outer housing, the fixing elements being located on a circumferential inner side of the outer housing, the outer housing and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner, and the valve core and the fixing elements are arranged in a relatively sealing manner. The valve core at least has a first flowing passage. The transmission element drives the valve core to open or close at least one of the first and second ports, thereby improving an internal sealing performance of the product.

Flow control device

An electronic pump is provided, which includes a rotor assembly. The rotor assembly includes an impeller and a rotor which are separately injection-molded respectively. The material for injection-molding the rotor includes a magnetic material, and the material for injection-molding the impeller does not include a magnetic material. The impeller includes a first fitting portion, the rotor includes a second fitting portion, the impeller and the rotor are cooperated by the first fitting portion and the second fitting portion, and the impeller and the rotor are fixed with respect to each other by a fixing device. In this way, the impeller and the rotor may be made respectively by different materials, and an ordinary plastic material may be employed for the impeller, which may reduce the cost of manufacturing material of the rotor assembly.

Electronic pump

A centrifugal pump is provided, which includes a rotor assembly, the rotor assembly includes an impeller including multiple blades and a blade fixing portion, the blades and the blade fixing portion are integrally formed by injection molding, and the blades are circumferentially distributed at equal intervals along the blade fixing portion. The blade includes a first side, a second side, a blade top portion and a blade root portion, and the blade root portion and the blade fixing portion are fixed by injection molding. The blade top portion is a cantilever end of the blade, and the first side and the second side are arranged between the blade root portion and the blade top portion. The rotor assembly arranged in such manner can improve the hydraulic efficiency and lift of the centrifugal pump.

Centrifugal pump and method for manufacturing the same

A centrifugal pump is provided, which includes a rotor assembly and a shaft. The rotor assembly includes an injection molded body and a shaft sleeve, the rotor assembly is injection molded taking the shaft sleeve as an injection molding insert, and the impeller injection molded body and the shaft sleeve are fixed by injection molding. The rotor assembly is rotatably supported on the shaft by the shaft sleeve, and the shaft sleeve is processed by injection molding or forging. The shaft sleeve is of a hollow structure, and the shaft sleeve includes a body. A central hole is formed in the body. The shaft sleeve further includes an impeller limiting portion configured to limit a rotating movement and an axial movement of the shaft sleeve with respect to the injection molded body.

Centrifugal pump

An electrically driven pump is provided, which includes an impeller. The impeller includes an upper plate, blades and a lower plate. The blades are formed on a lower surface of the upper plate, the blades include first blades and second blades, and a length of each of the first blades is greater than a length of each of the second blades. The first blades are uniformly distributed along a circumference of the upper plate. The first blades and the second blades are distributed alternately in the circumferential direction. The first blades each include a first head portion and a first tail portion, the second blade includes a second head portion and a second tail portion, and the first tail portion and the second tail portion are aligned with outer edge of the upper plate. The impeller arranged in such manner facilitates the improvement of hydraulic efficiency and lift.

Electrically driven pump

An electrically driven pump includes a rotor assembly, and the rotor assembly includes a first part and a second part. The first part is integrally formed by injection molding, and includes an upper plate and vanes of an impeller, the upper plate is integrally formed with the vanes by injection molding, and each of the vanes is formed with a first connecting portion. The second part is integrally formed by injection molding, the first part and the second part are fixed by welding the first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, and in this way, the manufacturing cost of the rotor assembly is reduced, also a shaft sleeve integrally formed has a simple forming process.

Electrically driven pump and method for manufacturing the same

An electrically driven pump includes a first housing and a second housing, and the first housing and the second housing are fixed to form an impeller chamber for receiving an impeller. The second housing and a rear housing are fixed to form a first receiving chamber for receiving a motor assembly; and the motor assembly includes a stator and a rotor, the rotor is arranged in an inner cavity enclosed by the stator, and the rotor drives the impeller to rotate. An electronic control unit is cooperated with the motor assembly, and the electronic control unit controls the operation of the motor assembly. The electrically driven pump includes a cooling passage for accommodating a working medium, and the working medium in the cooling passage may exchange heat with the electronic control unit, thereby facilitating improving the service life of the electrically driven pump.

An electronic pump includes a second housing, a rotor part, a stator part and a circuit board. A pump chamber is separated by a partition into a wet chamber allowing a working medium to pass through and at least one dry chamber where there is no working medium passing through, and the rotor part is arranged in the wet chamber. The electronic pump further includes a shaft, a sunken portion is formed at a top portion of the partition, and the shaft and a bottom of the sunken portion are fixed by injection molding. A portion where the rotor part is in contact with the shaft is a cooperation portion of the rotor part, and the cooperation portion is arranged in a cavity of the sunken portion.
