A display device is provided, and the display device includes a display panel and a light adjusting portion. The light adjusting portion is stacked with the display panel, the light adjusting portion includes a first substrate, a refractive index variable material layer, an electrode structure, and a second substrate stacked with each other, and the refractive index variable material layer and the electrode structure are between the first substrate and the second substrate. The light adjusting portion further includes a plurality of signal lines, and the electrode structure and the plurality of signal lines are on the first substrate; the electrode structure includes a first electrode structure and a second electrode structure, the first electrode structure includes a plurality of first electrodes insulated from each other, the first substrate includes a plurality of regions, and first electrodes in different regions are configured to be electrically connected to different signal lines.

Display device

The present disclosure provides a display device including a display panel, a pair of supporting components, a rotating component, a first fixing part and a second fixing part. The display panel comprises: a first side and a second side which are opposite to each other, and the first side is fixedly connected to the first fixing part, and the second side is fixedly connected to the second fixing part. The pair of supporting components comprises: a first supporting component and a second supporting component which are opposite to each other. A first end of the first supporting component is fixedly connected to a first end of the rotating component, and a second end of the first supporting component is fixedly connected to a first end of the second fixing part at the second side of the display panel.

The organic film located directly above the data line has a first thickness, the organic film located directly below the pixel electrode has a second thickness, and the first thickness is greater than the second thickness.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate, a method for fabricating the same, and a display panel. The array substrate comprises a substrate, first signal lines and touch electrode signal lines the substrate. The touch electrode signal lines intersect with the first signal lines. Each of the touch electrode signal lines includes a plurality of first sub-signal lines and a plurality of second sub-signal lines. The first sub-signal lines are arranged in a same layer as and insulated from the first signal line. Each of the second sub-signal lines run across one of the first signal lines and are electrically connected with the first sub-signal lines adjacent to said second sub-signal line through vias. The first sub-signal lines are arranged in a layer different from the second sub-signal lines.

The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display device that can suppress the adverse effects in display due to difference in gray-scale luminance of adjacent two rows caused by variation in capacitance of adjacent two rows of TFTs as the result of displacement of the data lines. Scan lines and data lines crossing each other are arranged on the array substrate. Each row of the scan lines is provided with a gate driver circuit, wherein each row of the scan lines is further provided with a compensation capacitor connected to the gate driver circuit, the compensation capacitor including a first metal layer and a second metal layer that are overlapped with each other to form an overlap region at which the first metal layer is isolated from the second metal layer by an insulation layer, wherein the compensation capacitor in an Nrow has a capacitance that changes in a direction opposite to the direction in which the capacitance of the compensation capacitor in an N+1row changes, and the compensation capacitor in the Nrow has a capacitance that changes in the same direction as the direction in which the capacitance of a thin film transistor capacitor in the N+1row changes, where N is a natural number greater than or equal to 1.

The present invention discloses an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate includes a substrate, a gate line and a data line arranged on the substrate, and a thin film transistor arranged in an overlapping region where the gate line and the data line are overlapped; wherein an orthogonal projection of the thin film transistor on the substrate covers an orthogonal projection of the overlapping region of the gate line and the data line on the substrate. Because of design of a location of the thin film transistor according to the present invention, the opening ratio can be increased, the slightly rubbing region adjacent to the thin film transistor can be reduced; and, because of the closed channel region, levels at various positions of the thin film transistor can be uniform, and a bigger contact area provided for the supporting post, thereby increasing supporting ability of the supporting post and compressive property of the panel.

The present invention relates to an array substrate assembly and a display device. The array substrate assembly comprises a substrate; a first metal line formed at one side of the substrate; an insulating layer formed on the first metal line; a second metal line formed on the insulating layer, wherein one end of the second metal line connected with a driving circuit is formed with a second terminal, wherein in a thickness direction of the substrate, a distance between a surface of the second terminal away from the one side of the substrate and the substrate is less than a distance between a surface of the second metal line away from the one side of the substrate and the substrate. The display device includes the array substrate assembly. With the solution of the present invention, when the array substrate assembly is connected to IC or COF, deformation difference between a conducting gold ball at a gate line terminal and a conducting gold ball at a date line is small, thus impedances at the two terminals are close to each other, and therefore image quality of the display device is improved.
