The present application provides a splicing display device includes a liquid crystal display screen and an inorganic light emitting diode display screen. A color point coordinate of a color of a light emitted by the liquid crystal display screen in the CIE 1931 XYZ chromaticity diagram is in a first gamut triangle. A color point coordinate of a color of a light emitted by the inorganic light emitting diode display screen in the CIE 1931 XYZ chromaticity diagram is in a second gamut triangle. A gamut boundary of the second gamut triangle surrounds a gamut boundary of the first gamut triangle, and a difference between a NTSC color gamut corresponding to the second gamut triangle and a NTSC color gamut corresponding to the first gamut triangle is less than 30%.

Splicing display device

A tiled apparatus is provided by the present disclosure. at least two of the tiled apparatus include display panels, backlight modules and lens parts. the display panel includes a display part and a tiled part. The tiled part is composed of transparent materials. An orthographic projection of the backlight module on the display panel covers the display part and at least a part of the tiled part. The lens part is disposed on a side of the display panel away from the backlight module and covers adjacent two tiled parts and a seam. The lens part partially overlaps with display parts of adjacent two display panels.

Method for manufacturing thin film transistor array substrate and display panel

An array substrate and a display panel are disclosed. The display panel includes the array substrate. An ion injection stopper layer and an active layer of the array substrate correspond to at least part of the channel part. The ion injection stopper layer blocks ions from being injected into the channel part. Therefore, an effective channel length of oxide TFTs is reduced. A width of a channel of the oxide TFTs can be reduced without changing a width-length ratio of the oxide TFTs. As such, a size of the oxide TFTs can be reduced, and an aperture ratio of the display panel is increased.

Array substrate and display panel

A heat plate for a humidifier contains a thermally conductive plate having a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface. A temperature sensor is affixed to the bottom surface and a thermally conductive layer is directly-affixed to the bottom surface. A ceramic heating element is directly affixed to the thermally conductive layer. A humidifier and medical device may also contain such a heater plate.

The display device includes a liquid crystal display panel (LCD display panel), a plurality of pad units, a plurality of conductive units, and a plurality of mini light-emitting diodes (mini-LEDs). The mini-LEDs are manufactured in a bezel area of the LCD display panel to allow the bezel area of the LCD display panel which does not emit light and display originally to display by the mini-LEDs, thereby improving a screen ratio of the display device and improving product competitiveness of the spliced display device.

A spliced panel is provided. A light-emitting diode substrate is disposed on two adjacent display panels and blocks a gap. A substrate comprises a first surface, a second surface, and a third surface. The first surface and the second surface are disposed opposite to each other. The third surface is connected between the first surface and the second surface. A plurality of light-emitting diodes are disposed on the first surface. The reflective layer is disposed on the third surface. An angle between the third surface and the second surface is greater than or equal to 90°.

Spliced panel

A spliced screen and a display terminal are disclosed. In the spliced screen, a structural component is disposed on two adjacent display panels and covers a splicing gap between the two adjacent display panels. A lamp plate is disposed on a surface of the structural component. When the spliced screen displays an image, a plurality of luminescent bodies disposed on the lamp plate close to the display panels also emit light, thereby preventing black strips from appearing on the image. In the spliced screen, a viewing angle of the display panels and a viewing angle of the lamp plate are same, so that a brightness of the display panels and a brightness of the lamp plates are same when the spliced screen is viewed from a lateral side. As such, display quality is improved.

A heating loop protective circuit, a respiration heating circuit and respiration aiding equipment are provided, wherein the heating loop protective circuit is connected to a heating loop and includes an acquisition sub-circuit, a suppression sub-circuit, a protective sub-circuit and a discharge sub-circuit; the acquisition sub-circuit collects input voltage of the protective sub-circuit and sends the input voltage to the suppression sub-circuit; the suppression sub-circuit clamps the input voltage and releases current through the discharge sub-circuit; and the protective sub-circuit performs short-circuit protection when the current is too high.
