Disclosed are a nickel-based superalloy formed by selective laser melting and a preparation method thereof. In the method, CrFeNb alloy powder is used as a grain refiner, and its element composition is within the composition range of a nickel-based superalloy powder to ensure that the prepared nickel-based superalloy has the same element composition with the original alloy; the grain size in the nickel-based superalloy could be refined by the addition of CrFeNb alloy powder, such that the anisotropic columnar grain structure in the alloy is transformed to equiaxed grain structure, thereby improving mechanical properties of the alloy.

A method for adaptively selecting a ground penetrating radar (GPR) image for detecting a moisture damage is provided. The method adaptively selects the GPR image according to a contrast of the GPR image. The method includes the following steps: S, reading pre-processed GPR data; S, adjusting a resolution of a picture; S, inputting a data set into a recognition model; S, outputting a moisture damage result; S, judging whether there is a detection target or not by using an initial random image data set; and S, generating the GPR image randomly incrementally and selecting the GPR image with a proper contrast. A proper B-scan image is found effectively, quickly and automatically by combining a recognition algorithm and a deep learning model or an image classification model to achieve an automatic recognition and detection based on the GPR image and improving a recognition precision as well.

Method for adaptively selecting ground penetrating radar image for detecting moisture damage

A method for constructing a recognition model of a moisture damage of an asphalt pavement, and a method and system for recognizing the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement are provided. The method includes the following steps: S, acquiring an initial dataset through a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) pavement field survey; S, acquiring a time-frequency image set; S, adjusting a resolution of a time-frequency image; and S, constructing the recognition model and recognizing the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement with the recognition model. —A method and a system for recognizing the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement are further provided. The method for constructing and the method and the system for recognizing solves a technical problem of detecting the moisture damage of the asphalt pavement automatically to not only improving a precision of a moisture damage recognition, but also providing a novel method for analyzing GPR original data.

A method for detecting a moisture damage on an asphalt pavement based on adaptive selection of a penetrating radar (GPR) image grayscale includes the following steps: step 1: obtaining a moisture damage GPR image dataset through asphalt pavement investigation by using a ground GPR, where a GPR image with an appropriate plot scale is selected according to an adaptive GPR image selection method; step 2: adjusting image resolution, specifically, scaling a resolution of an initial GPR image dataset of a damage directly to 224&#xd7;224 to obtain a BD dataset; step 3: inputting the dataset into a recognition model, specifically, inputting the BD dataset obtained in step 2 into the recognition model, performing operation by the recognition model, and performing step 4; and step 4: outputting a moisture damage result. The new method truly realizes automatic and intelligent target detection based on the GPR.

A device and a method for continuous temperature gradient heat treatment of a rod-shaped material are disclosed. The furnace body of the device includes an upper heating zone and a lower heating zone inside, which are independently controlled in temperature by means of an upper heating power supply and a lower heating power supply. Moreover, both the upper heating zone and the lower heating zone are closed heating zones. The closed heat insulation plates could prevent heat loss and ensure precise temperature control of the upper heating zone and the lower heating zone. In the device, a vacuum pumping equipment is included; an annular radiation screen is configured between the upper heating zone and the lower heating zone, and the rod-shaped material is not in contact with the annular radiation screen The rod-shaped material conducts one-dimensional heat transfer along the axial direction.

A broadband multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna with self-decoupling characteristics includes: a dielectric substrate, a metal patch printed on an upper surface of the dielectric substrate, and a pair of horizontal back-to-back elliptical tapered slots and a vertical elliptical tapered slot etched on the metal patch. A microstrip line and another bent micro strip line are respectively used to feed the vertical elliptical tapered slot and the pair of horizontal elliptical tapered slots, and characteristic modes of the horizontal slots excited by the bent microstrip line and characteristic modes of the vertical slot excited by the micro strip line are mutually orthogonal. By adopting the technical scheme, no additional decoupling structure needs to be introduced, and lower coupling can be realized in a wider working frequency band.
