The present invention relates to: a fusion peptide comprising a thrombus-targeting peptide, ferritin fragment and a thrombolytic peptide; and a use thereof and, more specifically, to: a fusion peptide in which a thrombus-targeting peptide, ferritin fragment and a thrombolytic peptide are sequentially linked; a composition for preventing or treating thrombotic disorders, containing the same as an active ingredient; a method for treating thrombotic disorders; and a therapeutic use. According to the present invention, CLT-sFt-&#x3bc;Pn DCNC as a novel plasmin-based thrombolytic nanocage has: an effect of targeting a site at which thrombus is present; a low sensitivity to inhibitors present in the circulatory system; pharmacological activity strongly destroying both arterial and venous thrombi; and no side effects of bleeding, and thus can be very useful in developing an agent for preventing or treating thrombotic disorders.

Fusion peptide comprising thrombus-targeting peptide, ferritin fragment and thrombolytic peptide, and use thereof

Disclosed are a human-derived ferritin monomer fragment and a fusion polypeptide using the same, and more particularly, to a human-derived ferritin of which a portion of a fourth loop and a fifth helix of the ferritin monomer fragment are removed, and a fusion polypeptide in which a polypeptide or a protein is fused to an N-terminus or a C-terminus of the ferritin monomer fragment.

The present invention relates to: a fusion polypeptide in which an anti-inflammatory polypeptide and a ferritin monomer fragment are bound; and a pharmaceutical composition for treating inflammatory diseases, containing the same as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to: a fusion polypeptide in which an anti-inflammatory polypeptide is fused to an N-terminus and/or a C-terminus of a ferritin monomer fragment from which a portion of a fourth loop and a fifth helix, of a human derived ferritin monomer, are removed; and a use thereof for treating inflammatory diseases. As in the above, the fusion polypeptide, which has an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and in which an anti-inflammatory polypeptide is fused to an N-terminus and/or a C-terminus of a fragment of a human-derived ferritin monomer, can fuse two types of anti-inflammatory polypeptides, acting through different mechanisms, into a nano cage and administer the same, and thus the fusion polypeptide can exhibit an excellent effect in the treatment of inflammatory diseases including sepsis.
