A display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a transistor and a light emitting element, which are disposed on the display area; a pad portion disposed in the non-display area, where the pad portion includes a first metal pattern; and a printed circuit board or a data driver, which is connected with the pad portion. The transistor includes a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate and a source electrode or a drain electrode which is electrically connected with the semiconductor layer. The source electrode or the drain electrode includes a first layer including a first metal, a second layer including a second metal, and a third layer including the first metal, where the first metal pattern includes the first metal, and is connected with the printed circuit board or the data driver.

An organic light emitting diode display including a substrate, a first electrode disposed on the substrate, a second electrode disposed on the substrate and separated from the first electrode, a pixel defining layer disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, a first organic emission layer disposed on the first electrode corresponding to the first opening, a second organic emission layer disposed on the second electrode corresponding to the second opening, and a common electrode disposed on the first organic emission layer and the second organic emission layer. The first electrode includes a first dent portion. The second electrode includes a second dent portion having a different size from the first dent portion. The pixel defining layer includes a first opening exposing the first electrode corresponding to the first dent portion and a second opening exposing the second electrode corresponding to the second dent portion.

A mask frame assembly for thin film deposition and manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. One inventive aspect includes a mask frame, a plurality of first masks and a plurality of second masks. The first and second masks are alternately formed in a first direction. Two overlapped portions of each of the first and second masks are connected to both sides of the non-overlapped portion of each of the first and second mask, respectively. In addition, one overlapped portion of each first mask and one overlapped portion of each second mask overlap each other at a connection area.
