The present invention relates to a cooling module including: a first radiator for cooling an engine; a second radiator located in front of the first radiator in an air flow direction to cool electric parts; a first condenser located in front of the second radiator in the air flow direction to condense a refrigerant through heat exchange with external air; and a second condenser located inside the second radiator to condense the refrigerant through heat exchange with electric part cooling water, whereby the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant passes through the water-cooled second condenser and then passes through the air-cooled first condenser, thus enhancing the cooling efficiency of the refrigerant to improve the entire efficiency of the cooling system for the vehicle.

A control method of an air conditioner system for an electric vehicle may include circulating the refrigerant by sensing actuation of the air conditioner system while driving the electric vehicle in a state where a start of the electric vehicle is turned on, circulating and cooling the cooling water through actuation of a water pump and a cooling fan in a cooling module that includes an engine radiator, the intercooler radiator, the water-cooled condenser, and the air-cooled condenser, and controlling actuation speeds of the water pump and the cooling fan based on whether the electric vehicle stops after suddenly accelerating in a state where the air conditioner system is actuated or stops in a state where the air conditioner system is turned off after travelling, and/or based on whether an air conditioner pressure and a cooling water temperature are within predetermined set values.

A cooling module for a vehicle may include a radiator with a first header tank receiving coolant, a second header tank at a predetermined distance from the first header tank to exhaust coolant, and a plurality of tubes that connects the first header tank with the second header tank, and a radiating fin is formed therebetween and at a front side of a vehicle, a water cooled condenser that receives refrigerant through a refrigerant pipe in the second header tank formed by laminating a plurality of plates, which condenses refrigerant by exchanging heat with cooled coolant flowing the second header tank, and an air-cooled condenser connected to the water cooled condenser through the refrigerant pipe, receives first-condensed refrigerant from the water cooled condenser, and is disposed at a front side of the radiator to further condense the refrigerant by exchanging heat with outside air.
