The present disclosure provides a method for controlling a fingerprint identification circuit. The method is used for detecting fingerprint recognition units arranged in an array. A fingerprint recognition unit is connected to a fingerprint recognition circuit. The fingerprint recognition circuit includes a loop selection unit and a signal processing unit. The method includes: resetting the fingerprint recognition circuit to enable the loop selection unit to load a first driving voltage to a sensing electrode; and, controlling a state of the loop selection unit through a sequence signal control to enable the fingerprint recognition units arranged in an array to be in different working states.

The present application provides a synthesis method for 1-methyl-1H-indazole-6-carboxylic acid. The synthesis method comprises: using 2-fluoro-4-bromobenzaldehyde and methylhydrazine as raw materials to obtain 6-bromo-1-methylindazole by means of an annulation reaction, and then performing a methyl formate reaction and a hydrolysis reaction, so as to obtain the 1-methyl-1H-indazole-6-carboxylic acid. The synthesis method provided in the present application can directly synthesize a 1-position methyl substituted indazole without isomers, thereby avoiding the problem that impurities are difficult to be removed in subsequent separation, thus improving the purity of a product. The yield of the annulation reaction can reach 85%.

The present invention achieves manual resetting when the device is accidentally shut down, and is simple in structure, and safe and reliable in use.

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a fingerprint detection method and a fingerprint module. The fingerprint detection method includes: dividing a detection area of the fingerprint module into a plurality of detection blocks, wherein each of the detection blocks comprises a plurality of detection units, and each of the detection units is corresponding to a grayscale value; scanning at least part of the detection blocks to obtain the grayscale values; determining whether each of the detection blocks is in a covered state based on the grayscale values; and counting the number of the detection blocks in the covered state, and sending a collection request to a host to inform the host to obtain a fingerprint image if the number thereof is not less than a coverage block threshold. The method avoids meaningless detection caused by a false touch, and ensures integrity of the fingerprint image collected later.

The method for manufacturing a monocrystalline silicon wafer includes: providing a monocrystalline silicon rod; squaring the monocrystalline silicon rod to form a quasi-square silicon rod with quasi-square cross-section having an arc, a length of the arc being not less than 15 mm; slicing the quasi-square silicon rod to form at least one quasi-square silicon wafer having the arc. The method for manufacturing at least one solar cell includes: using the method described above to obtain a quasi-square silicon wafer having an arc; forming a first solar cell by processing the quasi-square silicon wafer; scribing the first solar cell to obtain a square-shaped sub-solar cell and at least one strip-shaped sub-solar cell. The above methods improve the utilization rate of the monocrystalline silicon rod and reduce production cost.

The present invention relates to a touch detection device, an electronic apparatus and a touch detection method. Each frame of touch related data corresponding to n*m capacitive nodes is obtained by producing n*m coupled signals from encoding operations and subjecting the n*m coupled signals to multiple access accumulation process, common mode suppression process, ADC process and decoding processes. Additionally, touch location information of the n*m capacitive nodes is obtained by acquiring two consecutive frames of touch related data and performing a subtraction operation between the two consecutive frames of touch related data. Therefore, relatively high touch sensing sensitivity is achievable. Before the subtraction operation, common-mode analog voltage amounts subtracted in the common mode suppression process may be not added back for each single frame of touch related data obtained from decoding process. This avoids introduction of errors, as well as a larger circuitry area and increased power consumption.
