Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, monitoring for storage of information, determining a subset of the information that satisfies an originality threshold, determining the subset of the information satisfies a shareability criterion, generating metadata that includes a first identification of a first user associated with generating the subset of the information via the user interface of the first computing device and a second identification of a topic of the subset of the information and responsive to a match between a data request and the topic of information, providing a computing device with access to the first identification of the first user and to the stored information.
