The present disclosure provides an optical unit with shake correction function capable of preventing a thrust receiving member, which fixes a sphere, from falling off from the movable body in an optical axis direction. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a thrust receiving member to which a first sphere is fixed is held by a holding portion formed of the cutout recess provided in a fixed body. A bottom wall surface of the holding portion makes contact with a bent plate portion of the thrust receiving member from &#x2212;Z direction side. Further, locked surface parts provided on a pair of side wall surfaces of a holding portion make contact, from +Z direction side, with a pair of locking plate portions protruding from a bent plate portion in circumferential direction in the thrust receiving member.

Optical unit with correction function

Provided is an optical unit comprising a shake detecting sensor which is less likely to unnecessarily vibrate even with the optical unit being designed to have a thinner profile. At a first step in the assembly of an optical unit provided with a shake correction mechanism, a module cover is mounted on a fixed body with a spring member therebetween and a movable module driving mechanism is provided between the module cover and the fixed body. At a second step, an image-capturing unit is inserted into the interior of the module cover by way of a fixed-body-side opening portion and a module-cover-side opening portion, and at a third step, a holding member is attached to a module cover.

Optical unit and its manufacturing method

A plunger pump, includes: a plunger pump unit including a pump chamber and a plunger for pressing a hydraulic fluid in the pump chamber to perform a discharging operation of the hydraulic fluid; a motor; and a cam portion driven by the motor to rotate and press the plunger. The cam portion has at least two discharge regions for pressing the plunger and a suction region formed between the discharge region. The plunger performs the discharging operation two times or more by one rotation of the cam portion.

In an automotive anti-lock brake control system, solenoid portions of electromagnetic valves and an electronic control unit for controlling the energizing of an electric motor are accommodated in a cover which is joined to a housing. Provided on the substrate of the control unit are a positive side conductive line having a relay circuit interposed at a position along the length thereof and connected to the motor, and a negative side conductive line connected to the motor and allowed to function as a negative side power supply line for the substrate. The positive and negative side conductive lines are connected to ends of a battery via motor coupler terminals. A capacitor electric component acting as a countermeasure against the noise attributed to the electric motor is mounted on the substrate so as to provide a connection between the positive and negative side conductive lines.

A small motor includes a rotor fastened to a rotor shaft; a drive magnet disposed facing to the rotor; and bearings for rotatably supporting the rotor shaft with the rotor fastened thereto, wherein a magnetization pattern of the magnet is shaped in such a manner that magnetic forces contributing to the rotation drive of the rotor are balanced, and magnetic forces contributing to the rotor core attraction are unbalanced, thereby biasing the rotor shaft in fixed directions within the bearings.

A method permits the use of a low-cost bearing and by which a bearing unit can be manufactured without requiring lathe turning or any special kind of compression, pressure application, etc., that experiences low loss and which assures high precision in the perpendicularity of the rotating shaft to be supported by the bearing. The process for manufacturing a bearing unit in which bearing that supports a rotating shaft in a freely rotatable manner is secured to mounting member. The process includes at least the following three steps: the first step for providing sizing bar in hole in bearing into which the rotating shaft is to be inserted; the second step for working an end portion of the bearing, thereby forming in an end portion of the hole a small-diameter portion that is equal in size to the outside diameter of the sizing bar; and the third step for securing the bearing to the mounting member.
