An optical fiber connector including a housing, a core tube, and a blocking member is provided. The housing has a window. The core tube is rotatably disposed in the housing. The core tube has a gear structure, and a portion of the gear structure is exposed out of the housing through the window. The blocking member has a gear rack structure. The blocking member is detachably assembled to the window to cover the core tube, and the gear rack structure is locked with the gear structure to prevent the core tube from rotation.

An automatic wire arranging device includes a controller, at least one driving device electrically connected with the controller, a first wire clamping jig connected with the at least one driving device, a second wire clamping jig disposed to the first wire clamping jig, at least one charge-coupled device camera connected with the controller, and at least one puncher pin connected with the at least one driving device. The first wire clamping jig opens a plurality of first clamping slots. Each of the plurality of the first clamping slots opens a through-hole. The second wire clamping jig opens a plurality of second clamping slots. The at least one puncher pin is capable of penetrating through the through-hole and pushing against a core wire to be away from one of the plurality of the first clamping slots and be blocked in one of the plurality of the second clamping slots.

Automatic wire arranging device

An optical-fiber connector includes a handle, a sleeve member, and connecting housings each including a housing body and an elastic arm. Each elastic arm includes engaging blocks protruding from the elastic arm and a slidable groove on the corresponding housing body. The slidable grooves face each other. The handle includes a handle body between the elastic arms and a handle member extending from the handle body. Two slidable blocks are at two sides of the handle body and respectively inserted into the slidable grooves, and two protruding blocks are at two sides of the handle member. The sleeve member is fitted over the handle member. First and second engaging grooves are on a wall surface of the sleeve member, and the first and second engaging grooves are on different positions of the wall surface of the sleeve member. Accordingly, the length of the handle is adjustable.

An optical-fiber connector includes a handle, a sleeve member, and connecting housings each including a base body and an elastic arm. Each elastic arm includes engaging blocks protruding from the elastic arm and a slidable groove on the corresponding base body. The slidable grooves face each other. The handle includes a handle body between the elastic arms and a handle member extending from the handle body. Two slidable blocks are at two sides of the handle body and respectively inserted into the slidable grooves, and two protruding blocks are at two sides of the handle member. The sleeve member is fitted over the handle member. First and second engaging grooves are on a wall surface of the sleeve member, and the first and second engaging grooves are on different positions of the wall surface of the sleeve member. Accordingly, the length of the handle is adjustable.

An optical fiber connector includes an inner shell, an outer shell, and a handle. The outer shell is fitted over the inner shell. Two clamping arms are respectively extending from two ends of a side portion of the handle. Accordingly, since the handle and the outer shell are in a point-contact configuration, when a user pulls the handle, the handle drives the outer shell to move backwardly via the configuration and further compress the spring in the inner shell. Therefore, the connector can be detached from the fiber adapter. Conversely, when the user pushes the handle, the push block on the handle pushes the tail cap due to the mating between the push block and the tail cap, so that the optical fiber connector can be inserted into the fiber adapter.

A quick unlocking optical fiber plug connector has a casing, an optical fiber plug module, a pull lever and a cable assembly. The optical fiber plug module is mounted on a front end of the casing and has a module case and an optical fiber shaft assembly. The module case has a locking arm, a resilient linking tab and a connecting member formed on the module case and connected to one another. The pull lever has a drive member formed on a front end of a lever body. The drive member has a connecting slot and a through slot to accommodate the connecting member and part of the resilient linking tab. The drive member and the connecting member are securely connected to prevent the pull lever from being inadvertently disengaged from the resilient linking tab. The pull lever is straight and strap-like to facilitate pulling action for unlocking.

Quick unlocking optical fiber plug connector

An optical fiber connector includes a ferrule, a fastening tube, and a cover plate. The ferrule includes a through hole and a breach. Front and rear parts of the through hole respectively include a pre-embedded optical fiber and a field optical fiber. A joint of the two optical fibers is located at the breach. A part of the through hole is exposed in the breach. The fastening tube includes a ferrule accommodating portion accommodating a part of the ferrule on which the breach is disposed, and an opening disposed thereon. The opening connects the ferrule accommodating portion, and is positionally corresponding to the breach. The cover plate passes through the opening, is disposed in the breach, and presses the joint. The ferrule is easily machined and can adopt a material hardly influenced by environment temperature. The joint is fixed, and an amount of joint loss is stable.
