A rear wheel steering control system and method for vehicles may gradually perform rear wheel steering at a gentle ramp-up slope, compared to a conventional rear wheel steering control system and method, for a predetermined time period when the ignition of a vehicle is turned on in the state in which a front wheel steering angle is generated, to prevent rear wheels from being rapidly steered and to eliminate a sense of difference felt by a driver due to rapid rear wheel steering.

Rear wheel steering control system and method for vehicles

A control method of a rear wheel steering system prevents a sudden change in a rear wheel steering control amount when an error occurs in a wheel speed sensor. The control method detects an error in wheel speed sensors based on output values of the wheel speed sensors. A vehicle speed is estimated by using output values of remaining normal wheel speed sensors except for an output value of an abnormal wheel speed sensor where an error is detected, when an error in the wheel speed sensor is detected. Rear wheels are steered and controlled based on the estimated vehicle speed.

Acetic ester is produced economically by a gas phase carbonylation of methanol with carbon monoxide followed by a transesterification.
