A capacitor structure and a power converter are provided. The capacitor structure includes a parallel cell combination, and the parallel cell combination includes a plurality of cells and a plurality of current collectors. In the parallel cell combination: the cells are connected in parallel, and the poles connected in parallel are respectively connected with other devices through corresponding confluence points. Same poles of two adjacent cells are connected through a corresponding current collector, and the current-carrying specifications of each current collector is lower than the current-carrying requirements of a confluence point of a corresponding pole. That is to say, a conductor that implements the parallel connection of the cells is no longer a whole copper plate, but the individual current collectors, thus realizing the reduction of the cost of the conductor material.

Capacitor structure and power converter

A capacitor structure and a power convertor are provided by the present disclosure. The capacitor structure includes a housing and at least one core arranged inside the housing, and two electrodes of the capacitor structure are respectively led out from two ends of the housing. Thus, the pole piece required in a case that electrodes are led from the same end of the housing is omitted, thereby saving material cost. Besides, the housing and the core are respectively hollow structures, and the internal heat of the capacitor structure can be ventilated and dissipated through the corresponding hollow part, thereby improving the heat dissipation performance of the capacitor structure. In addition, by arranging the fin heat dissipation teeth on the housing, the heat dissipation area can be increased to further improve the heat dissipation efficiency.

The present application discloses a power cabinet, which is designed as a form of cabinet. All devices in the power cabinet are categorized into two types, and the two types of devices can have their own heat-dissipation channels or share a same heat-dissipation channel, which has a compact overall structure and high heat-dissipation efficiency compared with an air duct layout solution in the conventional technology.

Power cabinet

An inverter module and an inverter are provided. The inverter module includes at least two capacitors and at least one power unit group. The at least one power unit group each comprises one or more power units. The capacitors are connected in series and parallel to form a capacitor head terminal, a capacitor end terminal and a capacitor midpoint, where capacitance between the capacitor midpoint and the capacitor head terminal is the same as capacitance between the capacitor midpoint and the capacitor end terminal. Positive poles of DC sides of the power units are equidistantly connected with the capacitor head terminal, negative poles of the DC sides of the power units are equidistantly connected with the capacitor end terminal, and midpoints of the DC sides of the power units are equidistantly connected with the capacitor midpoint.

Inverter module and inverter

A photovoltaic inverter is provided. The photovoltaic inverter includes a cabinet and a power module arranged in the cabinet. The power module includes an inverter power unit, a first ventilating passage and a second ventilating passage isolated from the first ventilating passage. The inverter power unit is arranged upstream of the first ventilating passage in a direction in which air is inputted. The first ventilating passage is provided with a first air inlet and a first air outlet. The second ventilating passage is provided with a second air inlet and a second air outlet. In the photovoltaic inverter according to the present disclosure, the inverter power unit that heats up severely is provided with an independent ventilating passage for heat dissipation. In addition, the inverter power unit is arranged the upstream of the first ventilating passage in the direction in which air flows.

Photovoltaic inverter

A cabinet air duct, a cabinet assembly and a photovoltaic inverter are provided according to the present application, where the cabinet air duct includes a cabinet and an air duct arranged in the cabinet. The cabinet is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet that are in communication with the air duct. The air inlet is arranged on a first side surface of the cabinet, the air outlet is arranged on a second side surface of the cabinet, and the first side surface and the second side surface are two opposite side surfaces of the cabinet.

Cabinet air duct, cabinet assembly and photovoltaic inverter

A heat dissipating system and a power cabinet are provided. The heat dissipating system includes a cabinet, a first circulating fan and a heat exchanger. The cabinet has an outer circulating air duct and a sealed inner circulating air duct. The air inlet and the air outlet connected to the outside are arranged in the outer circulating air duct, and the heat exchanger is arranged in the cabinet and configured to exchange heat between the inner circulating air duct and the outer circulating duct. The first circulating fan is arranged outside the air inlet of the outer circulating air duct or arranged inside the outer circulating air duct, and configured to supply air to the outer circulating air duct. The heat dissipation efficiency of the inner circulating air duct is improved.

Heat dissipating system and power cabinet

A power cabinet, a grid-connected photovoltaic system and a container are provided according to the present application. In the power cabinet, three types of devices, namely, a heat dissipation element, a magnetic element, and a high-protection-level element are arranged in three mutually independent cavities, respectively; corresponding heat dissipation devices are further arranged in the three cavities respectively, and each of the heat dissipation devices meets the heat dissipation requirements of the devices in the corresponding cavity. With this arrangement, the three types of devices have their own heat dissipation solutions respectively and do not affect one another. Even if they are operated for a long time in a dusty environment, the magnetic element will not be affected by dust since the heat dissipation requirements of the three devices are satisfied in the three cavities respectively, and the reliability is improved compared with the conventional technology.

Power cabinet, grid-connected photovoltaic system and container

An inverter power cabinet includes a cabinet body and power devices arranged in the cabinet body. The cabinet body includes a low-protection grade installation cavity and an airtight high-protection grade installation cavity hermetically isolated from each other; the power devices include high protection grade power devices arranged in the low-protection grade installation cavity and low-protection grade power devices arranged in the high-protection grade installation cavity; the low-protection grade installation cavity has an outer cold air inlet and an inner hot air outlet in communication with outside world, and a first fan is provided in the low-protection grade installation cavity; and the inverter power cabinet includes a heat exchanger configured to dissipate heat of the high-protection grade installation cavity. The inverter power cabinet can avoid direct contact of the low-protection grade power devices with a harsh environment, thereby preventing the contaminated cold air from damaging the low-protection grade power devices.
