A display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate; a first organic light-emitting diode including a first lower electrode provided above the substrate and for each pixel, a first organic layer provided above the first lower electrode, a first light-emitting layer provided within the first organic layer and for each pixel and including a thermally activated material, and an upper electrode provided above the first organic layer; and a first drive TFT provided between the substrate and the first organic light-emitting diode, connected to the first lower electrode, and arranged overlapping the first light-emitting layer as viewed in a plan view.

Organic electroluminescence display device

An electroluminescence display device includes a pixel electrode; a first organic layer provided on the pixel electrode; a light emitting layer provided on the first organic layer; a second organic layer provided on the light emitting layer; and a counter electrode provided on the second organic layer. The light emitting layer includes a host material, a light emitting dopant material and an assist dopant material. Light emitted within an organic EL device is effectively utilized, and a pixel is provided for improving the extraction efficiency of the light. Light extraction is efficiency is improved without increasing a current by effectively utilizing guided wave light which is a cause of the loss of light emitted by an organic EL device. In order to achieve this, a stepped portion is arrange in an insulating layer provided over a lower layer of a first electrode including a light reflecting surface, and a peripheral area of the first electrode is formed so as to contact the stepped portion. The reflecting surface is formed curved towards a second electrode side in the peripheral area of the first electrode from the stepped portion, light guided through the organic EL layer is reflected by the reflecting surface and emitted from the second electrode side.

Electroluminescence device and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to a heat-shrinkable laminate film comprising a surface layer composed mainly of polyester resin, an intermediate layer composed mainly of styrene resin, and an adhesive layer composed mainly of adhesive resin, wherein heat shrinkage in the main shrink direction is at least 10% and less than 30% when the film is dipped in water of 70&#xb0; C. for 10 seconds, and at least 30% and at most 70% when dipped in water of 80&#xb0; C. for 10 seconds, or its tensile modulus of elasticity in a direction perpendicular to the main shrink direction is at least 1,200 MPa. The heat-shrinkable film has excellent film elasticity, shrink finishing quality, transparency when incorporated as recycled, natural shrinkage, and suppressed delamination, making it suitable for application in shrink wrapping, shrink bundling wrapping, shrink label, and a plastic container provided with a heat shrinkable film made of such a film.

A laminated porous film having at least two porous layers layered one upon another. One porous layer consists of a resin layer containing a polypropylene resin. The other layer is a heat-resistant layer consisting of a resin composition whose crystal fusion peak temperature is higher than that of the resin composition of the layer containing the polypropylene resin. The laminated porous film has a &#x3b2; activity and/or a &#x3b2; crystal generation power.

A value of the ratio (AP/AP) between air permeability when heating at a heating temperature of 150&#xb0; C. to 200&#xb0; C. for three minutes (AP) and air permeability prior to heating (AP) is 10 or greater at any heating temperature between 150&#xb0; C. and 200&#xb0; C.

To obtain injection molded objects having biodegradability and excellent flame retardance and mechanical strength, the injection molded object includes a lactic acid based resin; and a metal hydroxide in a ratio of 5 to 40 mass parts per 100 mass parts of the lactic acid based resin. The metal hydroxide is surface-treated, and NaO (w-NaO) present on a surface of grains of the metal hydroxide is 0.1 mass % or less based on the total mass of the metal hydroxide.
