A free curved surface and an analytic curved surface can be generated as intended by a user with a simple operation. A reverse engineering support apparatus includes: a shape attribute setting unit that sets a shape attribute to a polygon included in mesh data; a region specifying unit that specifies a region included in the mesh data based on a shape attribute; a data conversion unit that converts a polygon included in the specified region into surface data based on the shape attribute and converts a polygon not included in the region into surface data of a free curved surface; and an output unit that outputs pieces of the surface data created by the data conversion unit as CAD data.

Reverse engineering support apparatus

When acquiring a navigation image, to make it possible to set conditions the same as conditions under which a navigation image is acquired last time and create a natural navigation image. A navigation-image acquiring section controls a placement-table control section on the basis of designation of addition of a region to a navigation image and, when present imaging conditions are different from the last imaging conditions, changes the imaging conditions to the last imaging conditions, acquires a region to be added with an imaging element, and causes a display section to display an image of the acquired region to be added and an existing navigation image.

Magnifying observation apparatus

A three-dimensional measurement device which is capable of increasing the operability at the time of repeatedly performing dimension measurement for a plurality of measurement target objects having substantially the same shape is provided. There are included a template storage unit for storing, as a template, model three-dimensional shape data and an operation procedure of dimension measurement performed on the model three-dimensional shape image, and a positional relationship specification unit for specifying a relative positional relationship between the model three-dimensional shape data and measurement three-dimensional shape data. The geometric element extraction unit specifies a geometric element of a measurement three-dimensional shape based on the relative positional relationship and the template, and the dimension value calculation unit performs dimension measurement on the measurement three-dimensional shape based on the relative positional relationship and the template.

Three-dimensional measurement device

A three-dimensional measurement device which is capable of superimposing and displaying, on a three-dimensional shape, distributions of deviations from a plurality of geometric elements is provided. There are included a deviation calculation unit for determining first deviations from the first geometric element with respect to the first point cloud, and determining second deviations from the second geometric element with respect to the second point cloud. The three-dimensional shape display unit superimposes and displays, on the three-dimensional shape, a distribution of the first deviations from the first geometric element and a distribution of the second deviations from the second geometric element.

The invention provides a shape measuring device, a shape measuring method, and a shape measuring program capable of accurately and easily positioning a measuring object at a focus of a light receiving unit when measuring the shape of the measuring object. An image of a measuring object captured by a light receiving unit is displayed on a display section, and an arbitrary position on the image of the measuring object is specified by a user. A relative distance between the light receiving unit and a stage is changed so that the specified position coincides with a focus of the light receiving unit. The light emitted from a light projecting unit is reflected by the measuring object and received by the light receiving unit. Stereoscopic shape data of the measuring object is generated by a triangular distance measuring method based on a light receiving signal output by the light receiving unit.
