The present invention relates to a composition for a keratin substance, such as skin, comprising: (a) at least one plate type filler having a particle size of 10 &#x3bc;m or less, preferably 5 &#x3bc;m or less, and more preferably 3 &#x3bc;m or less; (b) at least one pearlescent pigment having a particle size of 15 &#x3bc;m or less, preferably 12 &#x3bc;m or less, and more preferably 10 &#x3bc;m or less; and (c) at least one hollow or porous particle, wherein the (a) plate type filler has a refractive index of 2.0 or less, preferably 1.9 or less, and more preferably 1.8 or less, and the (b) pearlescent pigment has a colored reflection. The composition according to the present invention can provide a keratin substance with sufficient coverage of imperfections on the keratin substance, while providing the keratin substance with brightness and natural finish.

Apparatus and methods are disclosed for measuring wavefront aberrations microlithography projection lenses such as i-line or excimer laser projection lenses. The apparatus comprises an argon-ion laser irradiating a Fizeau surface that reflects reference light and transmits test light.
