Disclosed herein is a latch circuit capable of preventing an output failure caused due to simultaneous transition of a control signal and an input signal. The latch circuit according to the present invention generates a separate control adjustment signal CTR using the control signal Control and the input signal In and uses the control adjustment signal CTR, instead of the control signal for a latch operation. Accordingly, when the control signal and the input signal transition at the same time, the control adjustment signal is processed not to transition during a transition interval of the input signal, thereby preventing a metastability problem that occurred in the existing latch circuit.

Disclosed herein is a forged seal imprint checking method which includes a step ST-of generating a reference seal imprint from a genuine seal (ST-) and a step ST-of comparing a compared seal imprints with the reference seal imprint to calculate characteristic values of the compared seal imprint with respect to the reference seal imprint (ST-). According to experimental results, forged seal imprints obtained by seals forged by etching a zinc plate or a resin plate can be recognized and forged seal imprints generated by seals forged through computer copy can be also recognized. Accordingly, an objective basis on which it can be determined whether seal imprints on documents are forged in civil and criminal cases can be provided to prevent errors which may be generated when seal imprints are inspected with the naked eyes or microscopes.

A composite polyamide reverse osmosis membrane and method of producing same. In a preferred embodiment, the membrane is made by coating a porous polysulfone support with an aqueous solution containing 2 wt % m-phenylenediamine (MPD), and 0.1 wt % di(ethylene glycol) hexyl methyl ether. Next, the excess solution is removed, and the coated support is dipped in 0.1 wt % organic solvent solution of trimesoyl chloride (TMC) in a mixture of alkanes having from 8 to 12 carbon atoms. After draining the TMC solution off, the resulting composite membrane is air dried and then rinsed in a basic aqueous solution. The resultant membrane exhibits a flux of 21.3 gfd and a salt rejection of 98.9% when used at 225 psi for an aqueous solution containing 2000 ppm of NaCl.
