Disclosed is a recording medium with a lenticular lens for ink jet recording. The recording medium includes: a lenticular lens layer having a convex part surface, on which a plurality of semicylindrical or arcuate and elongated convexes are arranged in parallel, and a backside surface; and an ink absorptive layer provided on the backside surface of the lenticular lens layer. In the recording medium, an ink permeable layer for avoiding the stay of ink droplets on a recorded face after printing, or an adhesive layer for rendering the recording medium easily fixable to a wall, a mount and the like, or a temporarily applicable part is further provided.

In printing onto a creased paper with a fold portion, a printing method of the invention performs a warning step (S) that gives a warning about the need of smoothening out of the fold portion; and a printing step that starts printing after the warning is given in the warning step. The printing method further performs a reception step (S, S) that receives a confirmation instruction with respect to the warning given in the warning step, and the printing step does not start printing until the confirmation instruction is received in the reception step.

Ink-jet recording material

A recording medium for ink jet printers having superior effects in preventing recorded image deterioration such as lowering of image clarity, decrease in density, change in color tone, etc., under high temperature and high humidity, is provided. By this means, the efficiency of use of the incident light can be increased, and a brighter display can be obtained, or the power consumption of the light source can be reduced.

The recording sheet of the invention comprises a substrate and as an ink-receiving layer provided on the substrate, a layer containing an acrylic resin comprising, as copolymerizable monomers, (a) a dialkylaminoalkyl methacrylate, (b) acrylamide and (c) at least one monomer selected from among an. alkoxypolyethylene glycol methacrylate, a 2-hydroxyalkyl methacrylate and a 2-hydroxyalkyl acrylate.

Ink-jet recording sheet

The present invention provides a superior recording sheet for ink jet printers which can completely satisfy property requirements such as light resistance of the printing images. The recording sheet for an ink jet printer includes a water-soluble divalent or greater metallic salt, so that properties such as light resistance are improved very effectively.
