A pull-on disposable diaperhas, between a waist openingand leg openings, a regionhaving a width of 15 to 35 mm in each of a front section A and a rear section B. The region, while worn by a wearer, applies a pressure of 1.1 to 2.5 kPa to the wearer's body. With the diaperopened and stretched out, the distance from the longitudinal centerline of the diaper to the widthwise middle of the regionin the front section A is 180 to 220 mm, and the distance from the longitudinal centerline of the diaper to the widthwise middle of the regionin the rear section B is 180 to 220 mm. A waist portion around the waist opening, while worn by a wearer, applies a pressure of 0.3 to 1.5 kPa to the wearer's body.

Pull-on disposable diaper

A disposable diaper () has a waist opening portion and a pair of leg opening portions and contains an absorbent body including a topsheet and an absorbent core. The absorbent core () is composed of a central absorbent member () and a pair of side absorbent members () disposed on both sides of the central absorbent member (). The central absorbent member () is discrete from the side absorbent members () in at least the crotch portion (C). Each side absorbent member has a raising elastic member which is provided near its outboard edge along the longitudinal direction, so that the side absorbent member () rises while worm. Fastener and absorbing article using it

An absorbent article includes a liquid permeable topsheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent member interposed between the topsheet and the back sheet. While worn, the absorbent article forms a front waist body portion located at the front waist of a wearer and a rear waist body portion located at the rear waist of a wearer. The rear waist body portion has at each side thereof a fastening member for fastening the absorbent article, wherein the back sheet is made up of laminated sheeting composed of a finely porous resin film and nonwoven fabric. The fastening member is formed of a male sheet member of a mechanical fastener and designed to be brought into direct contact with the surface of the nonwoven fabric constituting the back sheet. The above-mentioned absorbent article has a good fit on a wearer, exhibits excellent leakproofness and breathability while worn, and has an excellent texture.
