A stocker system includes an operation controller to control operation of stacker cranes in a plurality of stockers, a maintenance room provided between adjacent stockers to allow entry of both stacker cranes in the adjacent stockers and capable of accommodating at least one of the stacker cranes, and an identifier to identify which of the stacker cranes in the adjacent stockers is the stacker crane accommodated in the maintenance room. The operation controller restricts operation of the stacker crane identified by the identifier.

Stocker system

A stocker includes a crane to travel on a travel route, a maintenance area on an extension of the travel route, a controller to cause the crane to travel toward the maintenance area, a first sensor to detect that the crane is positioned at an entry position, and a second sensor to detect that the crane has arrived at a stop position. The controller is configured or programmed to control the crane to decelerate in accordance with a detection result of the first sensor and control the crane to stop in accordance with a detection result of the second sensor.

Stocker

A coupling structure includes an outer member attached over first and second column members, a first inner member between the first column member and the outer member, a second inner member between the second column member and the outer member, a first fixing member to fix the outer member to the first column member along with the first inner member, a second fixing member to fix the outer member to the second column member along with the second inner member, a third fixing member to fix the first inner member to the first column member, and a fourth fixing member to fix the second inner member to the second column member. The outer member and the first inner member are provided with a first positioner, and the outer member and the second inner member are provided with a second positioner.

Stacker crane

In a stacker crane, a cover to cover an elevation area of an elevation portion is integrally attachable to side surface portions of a mast, which includes a reinforcement portion and an adjuster. The reinforcement portion between a pair of the side surface portions in a Y direction extends toward an opposite direction to an elevation surface of an elevation surface defining portion and has a higher stiffness than that of each of the pair of side surface portions. The adjuster is spaced from the elevation surface defining portion in an X direction perpendicular to a Z direction and the Y direction, and both edges thereof extendible in the Y direction are contactable with the reinforcement portion and each of the pair of side surface portions.

An article placement apparatus, a stocker provided including the article placement apparatus, and a transport vehicle system, prevent an article from being damaged at time of placement of the article, even when an erector vertically erecting from the support is provided. The article placement apparatus includes a support on which the storage container is placed, and a side erector that vertically erects from the support and extends in a transfer direction of the storage container, the side erector restricting the storage container placed on the support from moving in a width direction that is horizontally orthogonal to the transfer direction. The side erector is provided with a guide that guides the storage container obliquely upward from the front side toward the rear side when the storage container transferred by the stacker crane comes into contact.

Article placement apparatus, stocker provided therewith, and transport vehicle system

A transfer device and a stacker crane can stabilize the posture of a conveyed object on a placement portion in a horizontal direction even when the conveyed object is conveyed at high speed. The transfer device transfers the storage container by advancing and retreating the hand on which the storage container is placed. The transfer device is provided with a gripper that grips the storage container placed on a hand in the X direction that is the horizontal direction.
