A stator of a motor includes a plurality of magnetic bodies stacked in a direction of a central axis (X), a case configured to hold the plurality of magnetic bodies, a cover configured to cover the case, and a pillar including a guiding part configured to guide the plurality of magnetic bodies in the direction of the central axis (X). The plurality of magnetic bodies include a guided part guided by the pillar. The pillar includes an outer peripheral surface including positioning parts. The positioning parts determine relative positions of the case and the cover in an axial direction.

Rotor, motor, and method for manufacturing rotor

A rotor according to an embodiment includes a cylindrical magnet, a holder, and a balance adjusting portion. The cylindrical magnet has a bore portion into which a rotary shaft is inserted, the inner diameter of the bore portion being larger than the outer diameter of the rotary shaft. The holder is made of resin, and has a tubular portion formed in the bore portion of the magnet and a protruding portion protruding from the magnet in the rotation axis direction, the holder being press-fitted onto the rotary shaft. The balance adjusting portion is press-fitted onto the rotary shaft with the protruding portion interposed therebetween.

A rotor according to an embodiment includes a cylindrical magnet and a balance adjusting portion. The balance adjusting portion is provided to at least one end portion of the magnet in a rotation axis direction, and is used for adjusting rotational balance of the rotor. The balance adjusting portion has a first member that is in contact with an end portion of the magnet and a second member press-fitted onto the rotary shaft with the first member interposed therebetween.

Motor and method for manufacturing motor

A motor shaft is configured to be press-fitted into a hole formed in a press-fitted component from a front end side in an axial direction. The motor shaft includes: a shaft body; a first annular projection portion that protrudes outwardly in a radial direction of the shaft body and is brought into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the hole the first annular projection portion being positioned at a first position; and a second annular projection portion that protrudes outwardly in the radial direction of the shaft body and is brought into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the hole, the second annular projection portion being positioned at a second position that is shifted from the first position toward a rear end side in the axial direction of the shaft body.

Core sheets are progressively displaced one after the other by a predetermined displacement angle in a circumferential direction of a core in such a manner that stays of the core sheets form a plurality of stairstep-shaped guide walls. Each core sheet includes projections, recesses and a through hole, which are all arranged along a concentric circle that is concentric to a rotational axis of a rotatable shaft of a motor. The projections are arranged in a first axial end surface of the core sheet, and the recesses and the through hole are arranged in a second axial end surface of the core sheet in such a manner that each projection of the core sheet is opposed to a corresponding one of the recesses of the core sheet in the axial direction of the core.
