A door lock system for vehicle doors includes a lock mechanism including a switching lever. The switching lever can be moved freely between a neutral position and a locking position and between the neutral position and an unlocking position. The door can not be opened when the switching lever is moved from the neutral position to the locking position and can be opened when the switching lever is moved from the neutral position to the unlocking position. A link unit that receives a lever operation force from outside of the door and conveys the lever operation force to the switching lever. A holding unit holds the switching lever at the neutral position when the link unit does not receive the lever operation force.

Door lock system

A handle apparatus is provided to a door of a vehicle and inside the vehicle compartment. The handle apparatus includes a handle lever, a locking knob, and cover member. A latch mechanism is released and a door of a vehicle can be opened by operating the handle lever. The locking knob is movable between a lock position and an unlock position by moving a lock operational unit in a specific region. The door gets locked when the locking knob is in the lock position, and the door gets unlocked when the locking knob is in the unlock position. The cover member covers at least a rear region of the specific region in which the lock operational unit can move.

Handle apparatus for vehicle door

A door lock system includes a first link lever, a second link lever, and a spring. The first link lever moves to a transmitting position in response to an unlocking operation. The second link lever includes a ratchet driver that is formed integrally with a bushing. The ratchet driver is rotatable between a first rotational position and a second rotational position on the first link lever. In response to a door-opening operation, when the ratchet driver is in the first rotational position and the first link lever is in the transmitting position, the second link lever allows a ratchet lever to disengage a ratchet from a latch. The spring maintains the second link lever in the first rotational position when the first link lever moves to the transmitting position.

A door latch device has a hook leverfor switching a lock leverresiding at a locked position L to an unlocked position U when an inner open leveris rotated, and a pressing springfor coupling the lock leverand an open link. When the lock leveris switched to the unlocked position U from the locked position L while an outer open leveris in an actuated position Y, although the open linkis not displaced to an engaging position, the pressing springis compressed. The open linkis pushed out to the engaging position by elasticity of the pressing springwhen the outer open leveris returned to a stand-by position X while the pressing springis compressed.

Double action mechanism of vehicle door latch device

A vehicle door handle device includes a base case secured to a door, and an L-shaped handle lever rotatably mounted on the base case by a supporting shaft and connected to a latch device of the door by way of a connecting member. The handle lever includes an operation arm extending in a first direction and receiving a manual operational force and a coupling arm extending in a second direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction to be connected to the connecting member. The operation arm is made of a synthetic resin and has a small specific gravity, and the coupling arm is made of a metal and has a great specific gravity. The base portions of the operation arm and the coupling arm are undetachably coupled with each other by the supporting shaft.

Vehicle door handle device

A cable mounting mechanism includes a bracket having an opening, and a cable having a perimeter groove that is mounted on the opening in such a manner that a perimeter of the opening is pinched between both sidewalls of the perimeter groove. A clip is mounted for preventing the mounted cable from being moved in a perimeter direction.
