A hybrid vehicle driving system includes: a generator; a motor; a case which accommodates the generator and the motor; and a power control unit for controlling the generator and the motor, the generator and the motor being disposed side by side on a same axis within the case. The power control unit is mounted on the case by connecting a unit-side generator connector and a unit-side motor connector which are provided on a bottom surface of the power control unit with a case-side generator connector and a case-side motor connector which are disposed on the case, directly and respectively. The case is fixed to a vehicle framework member via a mount member, and a fixing point where the case and the mount member are fixed together is disposed near the case-side generator connector and the case-side motor connector.

Hybrid vehicle driving system

A case structure to accommodate a driving apparatus including a first motor and a second motor includes a first case, a second case, a first joint portion, an intermediate case, a positioning portion, and a first end portion of a second rotor or a second rotary shaft of the second motor. A stator of the first motor is to be attached to the first case. The second case is joined to the first case. The first joint portion is provided by joining a first end surface of the first case and an end surface of the second case together. The intermediate case is disposed on an inner diameter side of the first joint portion and attached to a stator of the second motor and to the first case. The intermediate case is positioned at the positioning portion with respect to the second case.

Case structure for driving apparatus

A vehicle drive unit includes a motor as a power source, a power control unit supported by a vehicle body, and a three-phase cable that connects the power control unit and the motor. A first end portion of the three-phase cable is connected to the power control unit toward the rear of the vehicle in a direction orthogonal to a rotary axis of the motor, a second end portion of the three-phase cable is connected to the motor toward the front of the vehicle in the orthogonal direction, and a U-shaped swing absorber that is curved to extend in the orthogonal direction is provided between the first end portion and the second end portion of the three-phase cable.

Vehicle drive unit

A motor includes inner-peripheral and outer-peripheral rotors which rotate coaxially and have permanent magnets along a circumference of each rotor; and a phase varying device for relatively rotating the rotors so as to vary a relative phase therebetween. The device has a forward-angle working chamber for relatively rotating the inner-peripheral rotor forward with respect to the outer-peripheral rotor, by using pressure of supplied working fluid; a backward-angle working chamber for relatively rotating the inner-peripheral rotor backward with respect to the outer-peripheral rotor, by using pressure of supplied working fluid; a passage switching valve for performing distribution with respect to supply and drainage of the working fluid between the working chambers in accordance with the position of a spur; and an electromagnetic pressure control valve for controlling pressure of the working fluid, and for controlling the position of the spur in the passage switching valve based on the controlled pressure.
