The present disclosure provides an actuator driver for driving an actuator that is configured to position a movable part of an image stabilization mechanism. The actuator driver includes a control unit and a driving unit. The control unit is, in a first mode, configured to generate a control signal according to a position command, and in a second mode, configured to generate the control signal thereby the movable part contacts a mechanical end. The driving unit is configured to drive the actuator according to the control signal.

Actuator driver, camera module using thereof, and electronic device

A position detection unit generates a position detection value Pthat indicates the position of a control target. A temperature detection unit generates a temperature detection value that indicates the temperature. A correction unit corrects the position detection value P. A controller generates a control instruction value Ssuch that the position detection value Psubjected to the correction matches a position instruction value Pthat indicates the target position of the control target. A driver unit applies a driving signal that corresponds to the control instruction value Sto an actuator. The correction unit corrects the position detection value Psuch that the relation between the position detection value Pand the actual position exhibits linearity that is uniform independent of the temperature.

Actuator driver

An image stabilization actuator is used to displace a movable unit in a first direction, and a position in the first direction when an AF-axis position detection signal reaches a peak value is detected. Similarly, the image stabilization actuator is used to displace the movable unit in a second direction, and a position in the second direction when the AF-axis position detection signal reaches a peak value is detected. A reference position based on the position in the first direction and the position in the second direction thus obtained is stored. Correction information indicating a relationship between a displacement amount, from the reference position, of the movable unit displaced by the image stabilization actuator and a correction amount of the position detection signal is stored.

Crosstalk correction method and actuator driver

An imaging device includes an imaging lens, an imaging element that captures an image transmitted through the imaging lens, a blur detection part configured to detect a blur, an actuator configured to determine a position of the imaging lens, and an actuator driver configured to control the actuator in accordance with a blur detection signal from the blur detection part. The shift of the image occurring when forcibly changing the position of the imaging lens is corrected by shift of an effective pixel area of the imaging element according to the forcible change amount of the position of the imaging lens.

Actuator driver, imaging device using the same, and imaging method

An actuator positions a movable portion including a lens in a first direction (Z-axis direction). An acceleration sensor generates first acceleration information ACC that indicates the acceleration applied to the image capture apparatus in the first direction. An actuator driver IC superimposes a correction value that corresponds to the first acceleration information on a base instruction value that corresponds to the target position to be set for the lens in the first direction. The actuator driver IC controls the actuator according to a corrected instruction value thus obtained.

An imaging device includes: an imaging element; a lens disposed on a path of incident light to the imaging element; an actuator configured to displace the lens in a plane perpendicular to an optical axis; a position detecting element configured to generate a position detection signal indicating a displacement of the lens; and an actuator driver configured to feedback-control the actuator based on the position detection signal and a target code indicating a target displacement of the lens. The actuator driver includes: a correction circuit that converts a first detection code corresponding to the position detection signal into a second detection code having a linear relationship with an actual displacement of the lens; and a control circuit that controls the actuator so that the second detection code approaches the target code.

A semiconductor apparatus has a configuration in which multiple copper wiring layers and multiple insulating layers are alternately layered. A low-impedance wiring is formed occupying a predetermined region. A first wiring pattern includes multiple copper wiring members arranged in parallel with predetermined intervals in a first copper wiring layer, each of which has a rectangular shape extending in a first direction. A second wiring pattern includes multiple copper wiring members arranged in parallel with predetermined intervals in a second copper wiring layer adjacent to the first copper wiring layer, each of which has a rectangular shape extending in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The region occupied by the first wiring pattern and that occupied by the second wiring pattern are arranged such that they at least overlap. The first wiring pattern and the second wiring pattern are electrically connected so as to have the same electric potential.

Semiconductor apparatus

A power supply circuit is configured including a control circuit together with an output circuit including an external circuit component. A switching controller controls a switching transistor and a synchronous rectification transistor each configured as a switching element. A degradation detection circuit monitors a detection signal having a correlation with characteristic degradation of the circuit component, and detects the degree of characteristic degradation of the circuit component. The switching controller is capable of changing its operation according to the degree of characteristic degradation of the circuit component.

Control circuit for switching power supply

A first detector compares an electric signal to be monitored with a first threshold. A second detector compares the electric signal with a second threshold. A first memory stores setting data of the first threshold. A second memory stores setting data of the second threshold. An interface circuit receives data from an external processor, and writes the data thus received to the first memory and the second memory. The protection circuit is configured such that data writing to the first memory is possible only when a predetermined condition is satisfied.

A control circuit of a digital control power supply circuit includes: an A/D converter that samples a feedback voltage according to an output voltage of the power supply circuit when a strobe signal is asserted, and converts the sampled feedback voltage into digital feedback data; an error detector that generates error data which indicates a difference between the feedback data and target data; a compensator that generates a duty command value which is adjusted to approximate the error data to zero; a digital pulse width modulator that receives the duty command value and generates a pulse signal having a duty ratio corresponding to the duty command value; and a strobe signal generator that generates the strobe signal and adjusts a sampling timing at which the strobe signal is asserted such that the sampling timing approximates a target position set in a substantial center of a slope of the output voltage.

An electrical storage device monitoring circuit includes a 3-state buffer configured to switch between a high output state and a low output state based on a flag output delivered from a previous electrical storage device monitoring circuit at a front stage, and also configured to detect a disconnection between the current electrical storage device monitoring circuit and the previous electrical storage device monitoring circuit at the front stage; a detection circuit configured to monitor an electrical storage device to detect whether the electrical storage device is normal or abnormal; and an output circuit configured to deliver the flag output to a subsequent electrical storage device monitoring circuit at a next stage based on an input of the 3-state buffer and a detection result of the detection circuit.
