A safety measuring device for large diameter pipes includes an abutment, a rotating platform, a full-angle laser distance measuring device, a level meter, full-angle laser distance measuring device includes dial, a pointer, and a laser distance meter; the bending degree measuring device includes a high power thruster, fiber optic gyroscope, information integration, and speed sensing system; the information integration and speed sensing system are used to gather camera, optical fiber, acceleration, positioning, and other key parameters, and it can be transmitted in real-time; it also provides a safety assessment method for large-diameter pipelines, comprising: acquiring large-diameter cross-sectional deformation in different periods, comparing the cross-sectional size, axial deformation, and curving degree to assess the degree of cross-section deformation; the three indicators are taken as important indicators in the safety assessment method of large-diameter pipelines.

A process involves adding charged fibers with surface-cured 'temperature-sensitive gel' during the preparation of concrete; preparing charged fibers with surface-cured “temperature-sensitive gel” by spraying, which envelops the charged fibers with a layer of “temperature-sensitive gel”; then solidifying the temperature-sensitive gel layer on the surface of the charged fibers by adjusting the environmental temperature. Utilizing the physical state of the temperature-sensitive gel at different temperatures, the “temperature-sensitive gel” wraps around the charged fibers to form an insulating layer. This prevents the scattering of the charged fibers due to charge repulsion during their introduction into the concrete preparation process, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

A tunable distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser based on a series mode or a series and parallel hybrid mode. A grating structure of the laser is a sampling Bragg grating based on the reconstruction-equivalent chirp technology. DFB lasers with different operating wavelengths based on the reconstruction-equivalent chirp technology are integrated together by a sampling series combination mode or a series/parallel hybrid mode, one of the lasers is selected to operate via a current, and the operating wavelength of the laser can be controlled by adjusting the current or the temperature, so that the continuous tuning of the operating wavelengths of the lasers can be realized. Various wavelength signals in parallel channels are coupled and then output from the same waveguide. An electrical isolation area (-) is adopted between lasers connected in series or lasers connected in series and connected in parallel to reduce the crosstalk between adjacent lasers.

A mobile telephone includes an application processor, internal memory, an external memory card, a backup software module and a restore software module. User data is stored in the internal memory. The backup software module detects changes in the user data, resulting in modified user data. The modified user data is stored onto the external memory card. When the user data is erased from the internal drive or the wireless device needs to be reset the restore software module reads the modified user data from the external memory card and writes the modified user data back onto the internal memory. In this fashion, any modified user data is not lost when the wireless device is reset.
