Inhibiting or alleviating agent for A&#x3b2;-induced damage

An electrical connector is used to electrically connect a first component to a second component. The electrical connector includes multiple terminals. Each terminal has a connecting portion, a first conduction portion and a second conduction portion. The first conduction portion extends forward from the connecting portion to be electrically connected to the first component, and has a first contact point in contact with the first component. The second conduction portion extends backward from the connecting portion to be electrically connected to the second component, and has a second contact point in contact with the second component. A distance between the first contact point and the second contact point is 7.46&#xb1;0.4 mm.

Electrical connector

An electrical connector is used to electrically connect a first component and a second component. The electrical connector includes: an insulating block; multiple terminals provided to form two rows including an upper row and a lower row; and a shielding sheet, fixed to the insulating block and located between the two rows of the terminals. Each terminal has a connecting portion fixed in the insulating block, a first conduction portion extending forward from the horizontal section to be electrically connected to the first component, and a second conduction portion extending backward from the horizontal section. The second conduction portion has a bending portion, and the bending portion is connected to the horizontal section. A rear end of the shielding sheet has an abutting portion to abut the second component. The abutting portion extends backward out of an insulating body and does not pass beyond the bending portion.

A plug connector includes: a circuit board; a mating joint having an insulating body and multiple conductive terminals provided on the insulating body; at least two outer power terminals; and a cable having at least two outer power lines, multiple inner power lines and multiple signal lines. The conductive terminals are electrically connected to the circuit board, and include multiple inner power terminals and multiple signal terminals. Each outer power terminal has a conducting portion and a tail portion. The tail portion is fixedly provided on the circuit board, and the conducting portion is located on a lateral side of the mating joint. Each outer power line is electrically connected to the tail portion of a corresponding outer power terminal. The inner power lines are electrically connected with the inner power terminals respectively. The signal lines are electrically connected with the signal terminals respectively.

Connector assembly

An electrical connector assembly, including: an insulating body, concavely provided backward with an insertion cavity at its front end; multiple terminals, each having an elastic contact portion extending into the insertion cavity; a metal shell wrapping the insulating body; a shielding sheet, provided with an elastic piece protruding and extending into the insertion cavity; and a dustproof base, having a tongue and two guide walls located on two sides of the tongue. The guide walls fit with outer wall surfaces of the metal shell to fix and guide the tongue to be horizontally inserted into the insertion cavity. At least one of the elastic piece and the elastic contact portion elastically abuts the tongue to further fix the dustproof base, thus easily fixing the dustproof base.

An electric all-dimensional numerical control injection molding machine is applicable to production of injection products with high precision and complex three-dimensional shapes. The machine comprises a machine base, a main board, four sets of electric mould guiding devices, a cross-shaped chute mould assembly, and an injection device assembly. The electric mould guiding devices are mounted on a front face of the machine. A slider mould is disposed in a chute of a cross-shaped mould base, is connected to a shaft of an electric driver, and implements mould opening and closing functions by means of linear movement of the shaft of the electric driver. A receptacle connector includes a receiving slot, a mating plate slidably received in the receiving slot, an ejection mechanism, and a resetting mechanism. The mating plate is exposed at a front end of the receiving slot and is provided with a urging portion and a first engaging portion. The ejection mechanism is provided with a stopping portion for correspondingly stopping the urging portion, so that the ejection mechanism can drive the mating plate to slide outwards. The resetting mechanism is provided with a second engaging portion for being correspondingly engaged with the first engaging portion, so that the resetting mechanism can drive the mating plate to return to an original position.

Receptacle connector

An electrical connector includes an insulating body provided with a plurality of receiving holes, and a plurality of terminals respectively received in the receiving holes. Each of the terminals has a base and at least one elastic arm bent upwards and extending from the base. The elastic arm is provided with a contact portion. When the contact portion receives a force in a first stage, the elastic arm is deformed mainly due to compression, and when the contact portion continuously receives a force in a second stage, the elastic arm is deformed mainly due to bending. The normal force received by the terminal is rapidly increased in the first stage, and is reduced and maintained at the low level in the second stage.

Electrical connector and terminal thereof

An electrical connector includes a base, a cover and at least one elastic member. The base is disposed with at least one fastening portion and at least one pivoting portion. The cover covers on the base, disposed with at least one locking portion correspondingly locking the fastening portion, and capable of being opened or closed relative to the base about the pivoting portion. The at least one elastic member press against the base. When the locking portion unlocks the fastening portion, the elastic member pops up automatically due to elasticity, so that an operating space is formed below the cover to allow an operator to open the cover with fingers, which facilitates operation and does not cause injuries of the fingers, thereby ensuring safe use.
